Recently had my car stall while driving on the road during the fallout from Hurricane Ivy. I couldn't get any companies to give me the time of day to get my car out of the middle of the street 20 hours after it stalled. I got ahold of Pete and he agree'd to quick tow me to his lot to get me out of the road, even though I'm pretty sure he had been up for 24 hours straight towing all of southeast PA. As a result of having a high intelligence, I got my car stuck in the mud (in my backyard). After AAA could not get it out, I thought my car was done for until the weather once again warmed up. Our 14’ trailer and Suburban got stuck in the mud. The tires were sunk in about 8-10” deep 30 feet off the pavement. We called Rescue 1 for help and within 15 minutes they were here to pull both the trailer and suburban out. Steve was calm collected and professional. He had us out in no time! Pete was so kind and communicated every step of the way. Extremely reasonable price and put my mind at ease. I had never had an issue with my car and suddenly found myself with an extremely flat tire after my back wheel clipped a curb. No spare. No roadside assistance.
