So my brand new 2024 Honda civic was towed there for about a week after I got the car it look like someone tried to break in there I had new dents on the car that wasn’t there before I’m going to the police station to file a report just like I have my money thinking my car was in a safe lot n this happened.

I have personally used Zager Bro’s for over 30 yrs. Honest, knowledgeable and fair. Have never had a bad experience or felt I was treated poorly. I’m puzzled by any negative review, but know often those suspicion of dishonest practices, are themselves shady. Would only use Zager!! The best!

I purchased an engine from them, paid for shipping for a total of over 3000. The engine sold was bad. It costs 2500 for installation of this engine. Ive called several times, talked to a manager for them to make this right & recieved NO response back. Im currntly filing paperwork in court.

Had been on the hunt for a transmission for several months, called these guys, they confirmed they had it in stock, gave them a deposit and made arrangements to pick it up over the weekend. THEY texted me to let me know it was ready. I took the two hour trip to their yard and in no time (probably ten minutes wait) I had my transmission loaded to my vehicle. I could not ask for a better transaction than this. You can tell they have MANY satisfied and repeat customers, as while I was there a few customers came by to pick up their parts. Highly recommended !

Was looking for driver side mirror for my Nissan rogue but couldn't find it any where. I went there and they had it the color I wanted. The price was half of what I heard from other junk yards on a different color I didn't want. The only issue is they don't take credit cards, cash only. Half price and the mirror worked well. They also offered if I want someone to put it on but I did it myself.

Great place to sell scrap they give you a good price for your metal, help you find a local dealer if you want to buy car parts, close and convenient to the tristate business community. Usually stay open way past closing time to help you sell your metal so if you have scrap and want a knowledgeable buyer I highly recommend Ace Auto. Good customer service and good price for your metals.

This place gave the best price after calling 2 other places. Mariah on the phone was very nice and professional and answered all my questions. Marcos the tow truck driver was also very nice and professional and understanding when I told him i was upset about my car. I recommend this company and would definitely use them again. I went there to get rid of some metal and batteries from cleaning out my yard and I had no idea what I was suppose to do or how it worked and the women in the front office helped me and explained to me the different prices and how its weighed etc Definitely will be taking all my future junk there! Got my yard cleaned up and got some money for it! Its a win win.

I had to junk my car on July 13 so I had called JUNK CARS FOR CASH PROS in Lake Hiawatha. I was only able to takeoff one plate so the other one was left on the car on July 15. I have surrendered that plate to New Jersey, DMV. On July 14 I found out that my plate was put on a different car and went through Pennsylvania easy pass since the only person that had possession of my car on July 14 was junk cars for cash pros. So on August 23 I had went to the police department and filled out a report letting them know what had happened. I had also called the tow truck company and he told me that is my responsibility to take the place off I could only get one plate off, but it’s also his responsibility not to give my plate to somebody else to put on another car so I do not recommend this tow company because it’s not a very honest company In response to the owner NO I will not remove this post and of course you’re gonna say I don’t have a record of this tow. Why would you admit that you’ve done something wrong

I looked everywhere for the part I needed. Ralph not only had it but was the best priced literally across the country! And to top it off his yard guy Rob was on point, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, as I had to come back and was a little after hours. Great experience as far as parts yards go. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend!

These folks are awesome. I was getting rid of a car I had in my driveway via an online company and Kaars was the local company who came to get it. I know how crazy the salvage business can get but these guys were top notch. Folks in the office were great with very good communication and the driver was courteous, quick and professional.
