i wish there was a lower rating then 1 star the worst auto parts store i have ever had to deal with being in the business for almost 40 Years,. i bought a navigation screen for a bmw x3 got the wrong tracking number 3 days later after calling 15 times and it was for someone elses parts now there is no answer on the phone !still have not received my part .....

Very poor service, it was a hassle to purchase a computer engine that I needed for my car. I went three times in total because they still did not have it ready. You would think as a customer buying from their company they would be a little courteous. Speaking in general here, if you purchase something from any place the customer should be treated with respect. Ok well anyways, the owner was very unprofessional, he was always on the phone. On top of that he sold me the wrong piece, and when I returned it he did not even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. Very rude. If you are a owner of a company you should AT LEAST know how to treat your customers, especially if they are females.

Wish I could give 0 stars this place is terrible they had my mechanic waiting 2 days for a transfer case they could have just said they didn’t have it so I could get it somewhere else , I’m going to be filing a small claim against this place for my missed work for 2-3 days and the stress and anxiety they put me thru NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE Lacey user auto parts would be a better option 💯

I gave them 1 star to much....this place has so much potential but it's sounprofessional ,the staff is rude...it's just chaos and could never get your parts correct...or on time....I will never order parts from here..as a owner I would address customer service which is what they're lack of....unless the owners are just as bad...if anybody looking to get parts from here good luck ...they're going to take you for a ride...DON'T DO IT............................................ .................................................WILL NOT RECOMEND ANYBODY TO THIS PLACE....

Very unprofessional service .bought a diesel engine .to be delivered to Florida didn't get it shipped.till 35 days,after payment.didn't answer any of my call's during the delayed and to finished wasting my time motor was,delivered with no computer.owner failed to finish the,deal as we agree before payment.and stated on the credit card,authorisation form..in other words not a worthy business to do deals with .be awere...I wish I had,taken the time to read the company reviews. and avoided all the stress and waste of time.... this bussines don't deserve no stars

Garbage!!! I ordered a mirror tuesday and friday I still didn't have it. Called in and they said I had to go pick it up because their truck was down. I told them I would wait till Monday for them to deliver it. Monday came, no mirror. I called back and they said I would have it tuesday. Never got it. DO NOT GET PARTS FROM THEM.
