They are misleading. I purchased a front spindle and axle shaft before paying I asked about their return policy. I was informed that I would receive all my money back if I don’t need the item. However, when I return the unused item it was then that I was informed that I would not get all my money back and that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. I do not recommend this place.

Not a great place. Terrible customer service, rude employees, and wouldn’t help. I’m an out of state buyer and was looking for a certain color part for my car, they had the part but refused to pull the part the same day. They wanted us to driver 3.5 hours to pay for it and then come back in 3/4 days to pick the part up. Sorry but I’m not driving 14 hours for a $125 part. I do not recommend this place to anyone no matter the distance. Very rude people.

They always pick up our trash before the sun comes out...and before all the neighbors who use a different company. Not to mention they let me use my own trash cans and have even picked up random pieces that couldnt fit. Ive never had any issues with these guys like i did the previous company, would recommend to others. Services: Construction debris removal, Trash removal & disposal

I load crushed cars out of here, they are fast and very professional. They also help get the chains over the cars, but you do need 9 chains total! I have always had a good experience here loading crushed cars!!

Everything was fine. They were very polite and professional. They handled the covid-19 restrictions very professionally. The employees of the transmission I purchased directly into my truck.I would recommend always checking the tie downs as soon as your off site. There was only one strap around the unit and the pallet and it slipped allowing the transmission to come loose.

Brought in over 140+ pounds of copper, on the board in front it says 3.40/lb, but going in they only gave me 1.20/lb. When I asked them why they were only giving me 1.20/lb, they said it was because it was dirty and they had to clean it, which wasn’t the case at all. Don’t go there!!!

Bought a hybrid battery from them for a customer. Battery came I installed it, customer calls after an hour and says the check hybrid system is on again. He came back pissed asked for a refund and went somewhere else. They told me it was a 90 day warranty, it took them 3 weeks to pick it up. After picking it up they claimed that we disassembled it and the warranty was void. They claimed since the threads of the screws were not rusted like they were when they gave us the battery it meant that it was disassembled which is completely illogical Eriic is very unreasonable and wouldn't do anything to alleviate the situation. They wouldn't refund the money. There is a reason this place has a 2.2 rating which is too high. Don't go here if you don't want to get ripped off

The people that answer the phone are EXTREMELY rude. I tried calling but they just picked up the phone and hung up without saying a word. I called again to maybe get a different person, they mockingly said "Hello, Hello-" and hung up with me immediately when I said Hello back. i really needed information on something so i called again. the person was the same saying “is this phone broken or something? Hello hello hello-“ I kept saying hello and does he hear me. He says “I think the phone is broken I can’t hear you Miss.” I had to raise my voice than normal just for him to hear me, and when I asked for information they immediately told me “No we don’t have that” and was very rude about it. I’ve never felt so DISRESPECTED by calling to ask a question. I just wanted to know if they had a car part I needed. Very disrespectful, unprofessional, bad attitude. I shouldn’t have called this place if they were that rude to me.

Not sure about everyone's complaints... These old fellas were fun to talk to, helpful, and gave us very reasonable prices. I'm sure we'll be back for more camper parts!
