5 STARS for McCoy's Auto Parts. Walked in yesterday morning, bought a compressor for my car, I got my car running a/c again, went back to McCoy's and I got $10 back for my old compressor. Great business! Thanks Walter 👍👍👍

Sold me an engine with 82k miles , got it delivered and shop installed it and didn’t turn over. The engine they sold me didn’t work so I got charged twice at the shop to get my so called “new to me motor”. All McCoy said was “I can give You your money back or a new motor” no discount for having the inconvenience of wasting my time and money. This auto parts is TRASH.

The worst place to buy used parts, rude and refuse to take parts back , went there in person and wasted two hours, I was told the person that does the refunds may only shows for one hour or two hours per day. I recommend LKQ that are a professional. Don't waste your time here, they don't have a clue of customer service is .Will never shop here again.

Don't buy here. Management will try every trick in the book to not take a return. The workers in the yard are overworked and under a lot of stress. First time I came a worker came into the front with some car part. His arm was bloody from pulling it and the Hispanic manager at the desk told him to hurry up next time---in front of everyone. This second time will be my last time. There's plenty of car parts places that I can buy from that aren't so inhumane and profit happy. Prices are nothing special. You certainly buy elsewhere

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! !stay far away from this place they have the worst costumer service ,they will keep you waiting for hours to replace a part that they sold to you and didnt work!it's sad that it be our own race taking advantage of our people 🤦 I called to speak to the owner and they HANGED UP the phone on me .CLASSLESS😡✍🏼☠️

Worse customer service and employee at counter very despot. Ordered a gas/fuel tank, because it was not on stock. It arrived defective. When tried to return they refused to give money back and instead offered credit for parts. This information was not disclosed at time order was placed.

I was trying to return a bogus part that I purchased from these guys. They sold me a cracked radiator support and they weren’t willing to accept their bogus part back nor were they willing to budge for store credit. Do yourself and pockets a favor and take your business elsewhere and save your self from a headache.

This is the worst auto parts company. Do not buy from them they don’t honor their products. The sold my daughter a gas tank with a hole in it and will not exchange or refund her money. They took advantage of a teen woman look for a part for her car. If I could give no stars I would.

After looking in almost all junkyards and auto parts stores in chicago i couldn't find this alternator and neither the employees there at McCoys but someone that seemed like the manager i think named Frank went out his way to go look for us he found it and gave me a great deal!
