Place is awesome. Ordered some doors & fender, parts were wrapped up so nice..Took great care removing them from vehicle. Spoke w Rich, exceptional customer service- communicated by txt, sent me pics after the parts were removed. This is the 1st place I go for parts.

Absolutely amazing. Everyone is super nice, showed me around the yard, and helped me out! I will 100% be coming back for the parts I need as soon as I can. I thought that this was going to be a very small yard with little to offer, but I was surprised! There are absolutely UNTOUCHED cars back there with every single part still on them! If you have an older, rare car, I bet they’ll have what you need for it! Thank you for showing me around!

Get ready to be on hold for 15 minutes at minimum every single time you call. No matter what day of the week or time of the day. They DO NOT care about customer service. Sometimes they won't even say "please hold". Just answers and hits the hold button. I promise you if you called right now, you'll be put on hold for way too long

The service was standard here. Just cut and dry. They asked me what I wanted, they had it, I bought it. No pleasantries, just business. Anywhere else, I would say the customer service was lacking but for a business like this... That's what you want. If you're a mechanic or just working on your own vehicle at home, all you want is to get what you need and get back to work under the hood. This place is all about that. They will also deliver your part for you. I'd recommend this place anytime.... If you want more interaction, wasted time, and a pat on the back, I'd go find another salvage yard

Unfortunately could not give zero stars because rating system is 1-5.Please do NOT GO HERE ! Went to 5 other places and all the prices are lower.Go to Rayos in Anderson on Church street or anywhere else!! Brand new last 5-8 months.They are so rude and the prices are a joke.Unnecessarily high prices, but some people wake up to screw others, so i am not sure why I am surprised by the owners attitude.What can we do as a group/community to get Madison county Sheriff to STOP USING THEM. MY CAR was not towed but after I read others experiences and my husbands experience in trying to get a few parts I am disgusted.

Alright. So let me start out with this is THE place to go if you have scrap metal. Friendly people. Anthony does mechanic work and out priced everyone else on a simple weld job that was needed for my wife's car. The part was being held together with vice grips and, unlike most mechanics, he didn't steal them. He put them in the car. I still got my vice grips! Ill be taking all car troubles to them for now on. Great experience.

They were nice, but right away they overcharged me, they stole my ball and hitch from the back of my truck. There were a lot of salvageable parts, but I could not afford to pay their bill. I did not choose to have them tow, but would not have chose them.

Great place to go to. Asked for a fender and got way more than I expected with the experience. Thank you guys so much for making my customer happy

For several years I have taken my recyles there 3-4 times a year out of convenience, closest to home, and not for their pricing. Quite frankly they just don't pay well and their scales leave me in doubt that they are accurate but they are closest to home and therefore I tolerate it until today. I brought my aluminum cans and to my shock they deducted 1/2 pound because they claimed the cans had water in them. This amounted to all of about 13 or 14 cents. Out of principle I balked at the audacity and the balls they have to even mention it no less do it. I then had this goon, must have been the owner, that popped out of the office to confront me and we exchanged pleasantries if you know what I mean. I told him how I felt and that I would gladly take my business elsewhere. There are too many businesses out there that welcome and are appreciative of business. This isn't one of them.

I've been in the car business all my life, and I've dealt with dozens of salvage yards over the years. I bought a transmission from Paul. However, they gave us the wrong transmission, which happens sometimes. Salvage yards normally just switch it out for the correct one, give you a refund, or at the very least, credit for future purchases. However Paul said “all purchases are final, as-is”. I never had a salvage yard tell me that, especially after giving me the wrong part. Paul was adamant, no replacement, no refund, no credit. That’s just unheard of. After a lot of arguing he finally said he would see if the correct trans came in. But we had a customer’s car torn down, I couldn’t wait. I had to call another salvage yard, and bought the correct trans. It’s now been several months, Paul’s never contacted me, and I don’t have a use for the correct trans now if he did. I’m just out the money I paid them. In all the years I've dealt with Salvage Yards, not one has ever done that.

Get prices, great friendly people! Will be returning in the near future.

These guys treat me so well, I've drove over a hr to get to them in the past.

The main issue is the poor customer service when just inquiring about prices, and to initially order the part I called multiple times and was put on hold several times. Once I FINALLY got through to speak to someone I was sitting in the parking lot. After she took my information and I told her I was actually in the parking lot had cash etc. She says they don’t accept cash it HAS to be credit or debit card and placing my order at the point and time (approx.1:20 pm) I would be over the allotted pick up window so the earliest I could pick up the part is the next day, at this point my frustration was at its peak. Had they answered the phone and hold times weren’t so extreme I definitely would NOT have missed the “pick up time frame” which was 3pm. At the end of the day I still need my vehicle repaired so I chopped it up as horrible customer service. AUTUMN apparently was having a bad day and I almost let it put me in a sour mood as well. So the next day when I go to pick up my part the gentleman brings out another customer’s order and that customer clearly pays cash. I asked the gentleman about their payment policy he stated their upper management does not want them to

Changing my review because the guy ended up being pretty nice. But didn’t like that I had to wait for the part to be pulled after talking with them for two days and driving over an hour for it. Still they delivered it to me after about 30 mins. Still got a 30 day warranty so not bad. I would shop again.
