There are no wheelbarrows to carry tools and spare parts and they close at 4:30, not 5 as stated. I took the spare part off, but I didn't have time to pick it up because I was asked to leave because they say they work until 5 and kick everyone out at 4:30.

The lady who answered the phone should be fired. Wife and I called 5 different times between 3 phones, and not only did she answer with attitude, but within 5 seconds of answering she says, (can't hear you, call back) with the laziest tone ever. Each time, all 5 times with both me and my wife. But when I asked if she can hear me now she flatly says NO. Never had someone act like answering the phone was such an inconvenience to them, even when it's THERE JOB.
