I went there to buy a door for my car and someone there said I will call you in the morning and I cancelled what I wanted to do that morning he didn't call until 4 pm without apologizing and hung up the phone as if he was right his behavior is very bad slow in movement doesn't know what he is doing there

Its a good scarp yard. I have just had a bad experience before scarping a truck it had all 4 good tires and was taking the tires back with me and they Stabbed one of the tires with a when they where lifting it to take the tires off and the owner would not replace the tire that they damaged even when I had proof that the tires where not damaged before they got there

Everyone at PartsByUs was super helpful and responsive from the start. Jr. did a great job explaining what they had available and making sure the parts would fit my car before I purchased them. They were all ready when I arrived and he carefully loaded them into my car. All parts fit as promised. I definitely recommend this company!

Bought a motor that was listed as A grade and as running well. I tore the motor down and found insane amounts of carbon build up on the pistons and the exhaust ports and valves were totally gunked up. No way it was running good like that, low compression and either bad valve guides or piston rings. Luckily I planned to rebuild it anyway but for someone else that woulda been a rip off

If you need a part, they most likely have it. Make sure you plan ahead for whatever you need. If it's hot bring drinks. If it's cold dress warm. Other than that, reasonable prices with a very large selection!

I took my time stripping wires I had collected over time had it separated properly and I weighed it prior to going double checked it on a second scale and when I got there they weigh it n dump it into a large bin then give your their readings their weight was less than half of what mine weighed.....I questioned the employee and his reply was do I want it back ....really dude it was dumped already how would I get it back ? Maybe because I'm a female or whatever the reason ....I just know I'll never do business there again .....

Have used them a few times both to pick up scrap vehicle and gor parts. Both ways have had friendly service. Parts are in good condition. Pick up of scrap vehicle was both quick and on time. Highly recommend and woulldl useless again 100%

100% WORST SHOPMy car needed a Rack replacement so I start calling local shops trying to get my best deal. I come across this shop and they did have the best price but sadly now I know why.Unfortunately I decided to fix it with them. Got the car back the car was driving weird/noisy so I took it back. He said to me just needs to be adjusted so he does his thing an the sound I heard stopped but the steering was tight. He said it was all good so I left only 3 days later my steering pump goes being that I was broke my boss gave me a loan to fix it with her preferred shop. They took awhile to turn her up I wanted them to fix up a lot more than just the pump. All's said and done & the shop says the cars good but your rack is no good. I told them I just replaced it the part should be new they said well it's definitely an old part so if you changed it the parts used (knuckle buster never disclosed the part was going to be used) anyways I tell them well don't change it cause I only just replaced it. I have the car sent to another mechanic to verify it's bad while I reached out to knuckle buster. They basically told me tuff luck we don't care if you didn't use the rack or if we possibly installed the wrong part like they say you'll have to pay full price if you want us to fix it again.They are NOT trust worthy mechanics and because of this experience I will see to it no one I know ever goes here cause no one should be played for money like this when people struggle enough. People, go to reputable mechanics don't be blinded by the cheaper price tag.Service: Steering & suspension repair
