Bought a motor that was listed as A grade and as running well. I tore the motor down and found insane amounts of carbon build up on the pistons and the exhaust ports and valves were totally gunked up. No way it was running good like that, low compression and either bad valve guides or piston rings. Luckily I planned to rebuild it anyway but for someone else that woulda been a rip off

Very good customer service and reasonable price!!! I purchased a transmission computer from them two weeks ago and the dealership told me that it was not working. I call Alfred's to see if I can replace for a new one and they instantly said YES and no question was asked. I went for the replace in 30mins and now my car is back on the road!!!
