Yes don't trust what he has on record with other wrecking yards because I drove a long ways wasting my time and gas which he didn't have the part listed this could have been saved by answering your phones which they never answered I must add a few things here I was just looking at the reviews and seeing really good reviews but I'm thinking these were buddies friends colleagues I don't know but the difference between bad reviews and the good reviews are to extreme to ignore people.. I think this guy is just good at a little bit of business partially I will never do business with that man.. period..and I will talk to my friends about this .... Good luck dude who ever you where .. oh and Yes you Sir was rude with that comment about your the owner and you know what you have... Well then tell me this why would you have it in your system that other wrecking companies would see it tried to call you to verify you never answer your phone send someone to go check on it and find out that you don't have it obviously somebody didn't know something tell me that sir? Great management yeah...

I was brushed off and not respected as a valued customer. I had a simple question about an electrical malfunction and he didn't give me the time of day, nor did he care to seek a solution for me issue. As I was leaving I noticed him making fun of my inquiry with another associate. Like I said, brushed off and disrespected. I will not be looking to them for help in the future. Update: To illustrate my previous point. I went to O'Reilly 10 minutes later, and they not only took a minute to look up the part I needed, they had it in stock and now my window mechanism is fixed.

Terrible experience got there and they basically told me they couldn’t help me after jacking up the price almost double what they originally said

Buyers beware!! They sell parts and engines that are bad/won't work and will not refund your money...a complete waste of time when trying to get a job done.

They answered right away and got me the info I needed.

Prices are too high they tried to get top dollar for junkyard pieces they tried charging me $60 for a mirror off of a truck you can buy a new one cheaper

I don't know how they stay in business. They don't know what is in inventory. Not even tech savvy enough to take a picture and text it to check condition and color of body parts. If you show up, don't expect to get any parts. Only 1 guy is working and maybe he will get to it tomorrow.

Bought a 2016 CR-V in fall of 2019. Moe was fantastic. Very helpful, very upfront. It’s always a risk buying a vehicle, and doubly so when buying a used vehicle that was wrecked. But I’ve loved the CR-V and haven’t had a single issue with it in my year+ of ownership.

We unfortunately use this company against my will, they assured us all extra trash would be picked up after the snow storm , and they picked up zero of the extra trash, and then placed the dumpster back on top of our extra trash bags after they came days after they promised they’d be there . 0/10 thanks for the mess that can’t be cleaned until you come back & physically lift our dumpster up , very professional .

Great place, called and within an hour got a cheap price for a part i’ve been looking months for! Would recommend if looking for any parts and easy service!

This is my favorite Scrap yard! Everyone is so helpful. The employees work their butts off to get you in and out and taken care of safely and efficiently. I love the team at Worley's!!!! Some days I don't know what I would do without them.

I needed some wheels and tires and these dudes hooked me up with brand new Goodyear Wrangler HP tires off some spares and I put them and the rims on my van and it was the best deal I've found in 54 years of my life!!! They hooked me up before with Michelins in '22 and they always seem to come through for me. Their prices are shockingly low. I come to them first for used parts. You should too.

Litter flying all over the interstate, water bottles, paper, foam. Do better, clearly the tarp covering the top isnt serving a purpose.

I called in looking for a part for a certain vehicle and they told me they had it, i took off the old one and brought it with me to make sure they matched up! I drove one hour to get there and I also got stuck in downtown traffic. When I got there the cashier notified me that I would have to wait 20 minutes because everyone was on lunch. I think it was one of those days for me lol. I waited the 20 minutes in my truck, then I went inside when she advised me my part was ready. I went up to the counter and I noticed it was waaay smaller, I also told her and she said it was the same thing, she even mentioned that she would give me the cables and plugs for free and that was the only difference. I told her it was different and she continued to try and convince me it was the same. According to her it’s the same part and Amps lol. I told her no about 5 times when she finally gave up. ****BUYER BE WARE**** Once you pay for the part, even if they give you the incorrect part, they won’t give you your money back, it’ll be store credit!! The only reason I didn’t buy it new is because I couldn’t find it any reputable auto-store. Hence why I completely went out my way and looked for it used. You can clearly see in the picture it’s waaaay smaller. The pulley is also smaller. People always customize cars and so on, so theirs nothing wrong with it not matching, the issue I had was that she kept trying to sell it to me.
