I was brushed off and not respected as a valued customer. I had a simple question about an electrical malfunction and he didn't give me the time of day, nor did he care to seek a solution for me issue. As I was leaving I noticed him making fun of my inquiry with another associate. Like I said, brushed off and disrespected. I will not be looking to them for help in the future. Update: To illustrate my previous point. I went to O'Reilly 10 minutes later, and they not only took a minute to look up the part I needed, they had it in stock and now my window mechanism is fixed.

Peter, at Pars Auto Parts is a scam artist. He told me one price, then taxed on additional charges at the end. The quality of the work (driver side door needed to be replaced) was HORRIBLE! The door he used was visibly damaged and the door was NOT applied properly!! I STILL HAD TO PAY FULL PRICE!! Not what was advertised- These guys are disgusting! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! I would warn any (esp. a woman) AGAINST this establishment! If you want to save your money and get quality work-- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I had a simple question, see if they had part I was looking for and he didn't give me the time of day, nor did he care, he actually referred me to O'reilly's , & Auto zone. As I was leaving I noticed him making fun of my inquiry with another associate. Like I said, brushed off and disrespected. I will not be looking to them for help in the future.
