Very nice people to deal with. Always answer all my questions without a problem. The guy running the loader (I think his name is Dave) is super friendly and a master operator!

We rushed and got there 15 minutes before their listed closing time ( on their website and google. ) Their gates were open. There were employees standing around and/or driving machinery. But they refused to weigh our scrap. Claiming they were closed and “packed up” for the day. Really screwed up our day.

Price for cans was fair, like normal. First time I've been there since Covid restrictions. Don't really like the new procedures hopefully they change back after June 28th when the governor has canceled all restrictions.

The person that I talked to was very friendly, they had the part that I needed for my car and when I didn’t have the right size ratchet to get the part from off the car, they let me use there ratchet to get the part off.

I've used this place in the past and had good experiences. However, the lady taking phone calls was so exceptionally rude I can't say I'll be doing business here anymore.

Great. Had my part pulled and waiting at the front desk even though it took me a couple days to get down there to get it. Honest and helpful. Great prices also.

Back at ELG today and everything went smoothly. Dan the scale master was very efficient AS ALWAYS. He keeps things moving quite well with everything that goes on there. I have been there 4 sometimes 6 times a month for the past 3 years. Dan has always been professional and courteous. I have never had a problem. Chad and Gino are also very helpful and courteous. If you treat people with respect you get respect!!!

I had a great experience with k&a Auto salvage parts. I called them about my driver side rear passenger tail light. I called them, they said they had it, I drove there,They brought it out when I got there, I paid them, and I installed it, and off I went.

Best scrap yard around. As a plumber a trip to the scrap yard is a bonus. Won’t make the mistake of going anywhere else again. By far the best option in the mont./ bucks county area

Cheap parts if they have your car. There’s often a core charge for alternators or something that can be rebuilt. Closer to home, this is my first check.

They never answer the phone or call you back lol. Get some customer service skills or hire someone to answer the phone

I've been here multiple times. They're very helpful and efficient. Just be polite and realize these are busy, working people and you'll receive the same courtesy. Fair prices and efficient service. As others have said if you want a fancy place with nice decor and such, then you probably shouldn't be trying to scrap metal!

Called to ask about a car. Old guy on the phone was very short, not friendly and seemed too busy to be bothered with a call.

The owner is a very nice guy. He will work with you, try to you get what you need.
