Unfriendly security guards. They smoke constantly, which causes long lines to enter. They don't even greet you, they are very unpleasant.

Back at ELG today and everything went smoothly. Dan the scale master was very efficient AS ALWAYS. He keeps things moving quite well with everything that goes on there. I have been there 4 sometimes 6 times a month for the past 3 years. Dan has always been professional and courteous. I have never had a problem. Chad and Gino are also very helpful and courteous. If you treat people with respect you get respect!!!
