Best scrap yard around. As a plumber a trip to the scrap yard is a bonus. Won’t make the mistake of going anywhere else again. By far the best option in the mont./ bucks county area

Nice people. A bit crowded and discombobulated, but that's all relative with the time of day. Easy way to make some extra scratch in these lean times. Fair prices, helpful, and a no brainer.

Best scrap yard around hands down!!! The guys are always willing to help you just wish people would tip them more those guys work hard been going for 20yrs and will for another 20 And these people on here talking about why one’s not smiling at you or giving or everyone looks miserable Well Tommy’s putting his neck on the line by metal from us which he has no idea that the market could just drop any day and he’s stuck with all that so if you wanna smile go down the street to Fridays there’s plenty of them for you and freaking tip these dudes Especially people coming with 10 different types of metals all jammed in your truck and you have no idea what it anything is and they have to separate it all for you thanks So if you wanna scrap yard that wouldn’t rip u off and give you a good price Wilcox is your best best bet!!!!! Hands down!!!!! ..

I visited Wilcox for the first time today and I was blown away by the level of service and professionalism. The scrap metal industry doesn't have the best reputation but Wilcox shines above the rest. It's a modern and well organized facility staffed by friendly, helpful people. The service was fast and everyone was quick to point me in the right direction. I had many questions as it was my first visit and I had alot of stuff and the staff had answers for everything. They were kind, patient and honest. After that, I was given cash on the spot for everything I got rid of. Wilcox also buys junk cars so I know I'll be back.

Meet the owners and you will understand why this family-owned business has been around for over 40 years. Excellent customer service and the best in their trade. Scrappers don't always have the best reputation but when you go you will not be disappointed with Wilcox. Bryce at the scale house is hilarious.

I love this place. They always have great stuff to check out. I bought countless machines there and they always gave a good price. They also buy scrap there and pay in cash, never in Beaver pelts like some competitors do.

Not new to scraping but first time scrapping since I've moved to the area. Very helpful at the scale window, letting me know where to drop what I had loaded off at. Decent layout to the yard. Competitive, fair pricing. Will be returning!

Great scrapyard where you can get rid of most types of metal and get paid for it. Rather than fill up landfills with your scrap, take it here and make a few bucks. Nice people, organized and in and out quickly. Closed for lunch break 12-12:30.

I'm an electrician in souderton and my van was robbed over the weekend Sept 16 2022 by a man named Shannon who drives a blue moutaineer with the back window broken out he's going to try and fence 2000.00 in wire that I use for jobs he stole from my van .please don't do bussiness with this low life thief and notify the police if apprehended theres a 500 reward

Showed up and the man weighing my scrap didn't speak English, and worse I had 102lbs of stripped bare bright #1 wire and he marks it at #2. Now that was a big chunk outta my pocket. They may be more uniqe in some ways but in my experience I was treated with disrespect and robbed by taking and paying me approx $80 less than what I worked for all week

Almost always busy but the staff is very helpful. Prices are competitive with other recycling yards. Best time to go is early day during the week. Separating the material speeds up the process. I can recommend Wilcox for recycling metals of all types.

Friendly guys. Usually in and out quick. OK prices. Very helpful for being a first time scrapper when I lost my job in 2009. Even show me how to separate extruded from sheet aluminum to get the best price . Best on aluminum can. I learned so much about how to tell all metal kind of metals from them. And how to get clean and separate to get the best prices. That place would teach .Answer all questions.verry patient. One thing I recycle electronics scrap. But don’t know high-quality boards. But I bring all my junk boards there. And light iron you’ll get a little better price at Prospect metals. But everything is completely fare The prices. And by the way very clean for a scrap yard. ... Will never go back. The workers are so nice but the office people are rude, and I junked 2 cars there saterday they towed them and they called me today monday at 3ish saying that if we don't pick the wheels and the money up by tomarrow Tuesday at 7 am I don't get my wheels or money. They said there open till 5 and when I got there they were closed and I have a job. If you're not open on Sundays give us customers who work 5 6 days a week a chance and let us come saterday our only days off. Will never recommend them again. Hope you change. Guess I'll be junking my cars at harries, a great friendly place.

Go anywhere else but Wilcox. They rip me off every time. Just gave me $1 for brass and $.50cents for Romex wire. Immediately called 2 other yards that are close to see if there was a drop off in price. There prices were $1.80 for brass and $1.15 for romex wire. It's worth the drive somewhere else. Don't get ripped off at Wilcox.

It's where I recycle my scrap metal. I've taken over scraps of aluminum siding and gutters, pipes and fittings, an old cast iron tub and countless other scraps. Great place to deal with, but sort your metal because if you don't you'll get a mixed recycling rate. I even went so far as to strip an old car radiator down to just the aluminum and copper and made a few bucks back. They also will recycle computer circuit boards.

don't give them your electronics!!! they don't know a high grade from a low grade. if you want your money's worth, go somewhere else... steel ("light iron"), aluminum, copper, fine, but NOT electronics.
