Lady in the office who fills out the slips for payouts hates her job and loves to take it out on innocent customers who havent been here in multiple years who make a simple mistake that are genuinely apologetic for.She should get fired or quit and find something that actually doesn't fuel her misery.Won't be back. Will go to prospect metal from here on out.

Great scrapyard where you can get rid of most types of metal and get paid for it. Rather than fill up landfills with your scrap, take it here and make a few bucks. Nice people, organized and in and out quickly. Closed for lunch break 12-12:30.

I had some scrap metal from my office and id never been to wilcox before but the guys there helped me get around the place and made sure I was good to go thanks so much to all the employees there that was willing to help me out I really appreciate that and i will definitely be back when needed!!👍👍

Showed up and the man weighing my scrap didn't speak English, and worse I had 102lbs of stripped bare bright #1 wire and he marks it at #2. Now that was a big chunk outta my pocket. They may be more uniqe in some ways but in my experience I was treated with disrespect and robbed by taking and paying me approx $80 less than what I worked for all week

Meet the owners and you will understand why this family-owned business has been around for over 40 years. Excellent customer service and the best in their trade. Scrappers don't always have the best reputation but when you go you will not be disappointed with Wilcox. Bryce at the scale house is hilarious.

I love this place. They always have great stuff to check out. I bought countless machines there and they always gave a good price. They also buy scrap there and pay in cash, never in Beaver pelts like some competitors do.
