This is a great company with great people. My semi truck turned on the side due to a snow storm in Texas. My leasing company scam me on my insurance policy. So my truck wasn’t covered and I was left to pay the tow bill. They worked with me on the payments even doe they could have took my truck. I appreciate Drake’s Towing and thanks again for helping me out.

Careful if you're a first-timer here. It was obvious I had never been there before when I had to ask for instructions on where to park, unload, what to unload in what cart & so on. No sense of organization whatsoever. There's 2 things they weren't counting on..& that's the fact that i speak, understand, read & write spanish & also that I knew exactly what I had to be recycled. One guy (older white guy) was helpful even though I didn't agree with how he identified a batch of aluminum he did help me unload everything. The other guy(a heavy set Hispanic guy) at the scale seemed ok but after giving me my slip I walked to my truck thinking I needed to move it out of the way he stops me & says I can leave my truck where it's at & instructs me to take slip to someone in an office. As I walk to the "office," I hear him in Spanish ask a customer, "Do you remember not knowing anything like him?" LOL. Then I get paid, look at receipt & notice I only got paid for a few pounds of stainless steel. Impossible!! I had an easy 4.5 pounds of clean stainless steel with no magnetic properties in loose scrap like nuts,bolts, brackets, etc. Along with that 4.5 lbs was an 8 lb solid 1.25×22" round bar of 316 stainless non-magnetic. Still, I gave them each 5 bucks & thanked them for their help.

On the evening of Saturday, August 3rd, my Corvette was impounded by this towing company shortly after a video shoot, during which the car was documented to be in excellent condition, save for minor damage to the front splitter. I have extensive video footage and photographs showing the pristine state of my Corvette prior to its impoundment. Upon retrieving my Corvette on Monday, August 5th, I was dismayed to find that the front bumper had been lifted, suggesting negligence on the part of the driver. This type of damage typically occurs when a vehicle is improperly backed off a steep incline, indicating reckless handling. The careless treatment of my Corvette by the towing company resulted in unnecessary damage that was not present when it was initially impounded. I am deeply disappointed by this lack of care and attention to detail. I would strongly advise against entrusting this company with the transportation or care of classic, low, or any vehicles due to their apparent disregard for vehicle condition and safety. While I had hoped the company would take responsibility for the damage caused to my Corvette, they have yet to do so. Consequently, I am compelled to seek alternative measures to address this issue.

Great customer service, friendly and fast and was able to sell my car for a great reasonable price. Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

The service was awesome, I called today and they came out and picked the car up today. They was on time and paid me cash. Very friendly staff. This is a good company.

If you need a tow truck, call these people first, don’t even bother looking elsewhere. Price is affordable and response time is super fast. They truly are available anytime. I have used their recovery services 3 times now. The first time they brought in a big truck to pull out a skidsteer. The last two times they pulled out an F250 and a Chevy 1500. The dispatch and drivers were very calm and helpful. Their prices are super cheap and reasonable and the drivers know what to do and are not afraid of getting dirty. Thanks for all of your help and to anyone who gets stuck in the mud, I recommend you call these people.

Ed was so sweet! I went to a different auto shop that wanted to charge me $750 after hitting a pothole and knocking my exhaust pipe loose. He let me see exactly what was wrong, and fixed me up in 30 minutes for $60 and my car is good as new! 1000% recommend this place, the service was awesome and you can tell he just cares about helping people.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Exhaust

There was a little language barrier but that’s ok! They literally have goats running around and screaming at you! Lol! They bad the part I needed and was way better than having go get it brand new or being over charged by a shop

I'm actually making this review from Alberta, Canada. I was looking for a small, but very specific part for a quite uncommon vehicle (fender flare with colour matched weatherstripping) and B&B had one on the lot. Their communication was great, they sent me detailed photos of the item and when it arrived it had been packaged nicely with everything necessary to install it. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Worst towing experience of my life, if it even counts as a towing experience considering they didn’t show up after 17 hours of waiting. Constantly taking our call and giving no updates, then lying to us claiming “they had no vehicles to send out”. Put us on hold when the questions got too difficult for them to answer and never brought us back on the line, and hung up on us twice. I seriously hope they lose all business and get shut down because no one should have to deal with that horrible attitude and complete unprofessionalism especially during their time of need being stranded needing car help. I wish I could give them negative stars.

I reached out to have them take my car off my hands. I am done putting money into at this point. I must admit they did reach out to me as soon as possible but came off rather rude. They asked what's wrong with the car. No hello, no thank you for contacting us, no greeting period. I told them what was wrong with my car and they ghosted me. They say they buy a car damage or working but for me that was not the case. That's okay. I found another business to take my car off my hands.
