Called this morning to get a quote on my car. Jessica the Owner/manager was very unprofessional and rude. She asked me the same questions like I was lying to her. I even sent her pictures of every inch of the car. Called her back and once I asked for her name so I could file a D rating with the BBB. She then stated I was the one with the attitude and hung up on me. I had to call back from a different phone just to get her name. Shouldn't be like that, what ever happen to good old CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
