Worst towing experience of my life, if it even counts as a towing experience considering they didn’t show up after 17 hours of waiting. Constantly taking our call and giving no updates, then lying to us claiming “they had no vehicles to send out”. Put us on hold when the questions got too difficult for them to answer and never brought us back on the line, and hung up on us twice. I seriously hope they lose all business and get shut down because no one should have to deal with that horrible attitude and complete unprofessionalism especially during their time of need being stranded needing car help. I wish I could give them negative stars.

These guys came out really fast when we were in a bind. Can't say enough about how friendly and kind the owner is. Less than an hour after calling we were back in business. Affordable prices and fast service. Can't ask for more than that. We called other places but just a phone call away you can tell the difference. Love these guys. They'll be our first call next time we need a tow service. Thanks for the great work and the kind service.

It took the roadside assistance a long time. I don’t fault B&S for that at all. But once they contacted B&S the gentleman who showed up and changed my tire was very polite, quickly changed the tire, and was professional. Service: Tire change

Super friendly and very reasonable. They even gave me a lift to the mechanics. If you need a Tow B & S is the way to go!

They are on our preferred towing with our Ins. Co.What I can say is that the gentleman was very courteous, professional and caring..I'm glad we are able to use them. Thanks

Wish I could give them less stars i called for a pull out, and dispatcher Jay was rude and very unprofessional giving excuses for being unable to reach driver for over an hour dispite multiple attempts to see if they were on their way or not. After an hour and 15 min finally called and said she got ahold of the driver Al and he would be here in 20. Granted I'm only 11 miles away from their location. Sounds to me like driver was catching up on some sleep before hand. Would have loved to talk to a supervisor but it was after hours and none were on duty. I'm sure if they were the employees would have taken a little more pride in their work and I'm sure Jay wouldn't have had such an attitude towards a paying costomer.

I would just like to say if you every need towing this is the one to call...very nice and curtious... does an excellent job...if anyone is ever in need this is the business to call....if I ever need towing again this is the one I will be calling... B&S Wreckers are AWESOME!!!!
