DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! THEY GAVE ME A BAD TRANSMISSION THE FIRST TIME, I TOOK IT BACK, GOT ANOTHER, MIND U MY VEHICLE QUIT IN OKC, I WENT ALL THE WAY THERE THE MECHANICS PUT THE TRANSMISSION IN AND ITS A BAD ONE TOO! NOW IM STUCK IN OKC & ALL THEY SAY THERES NOTHING THEY CAN DO! DALLAS TO OKC IS 3 1/2 hrs. & THEY NOT TRYING TO FIX THE SITUATION AT ALL! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!!

Great staff. Needed a door for 2001 Nissan Pathfinder and they found the part right away and even helped to load into the car. Price was the best part. I got fraction of the cost other places wanted to charge. Highly recommend !!!!

I will say this place sold me a faulty part. Radiator support bracket was broken off they should have noticed. But they did let me exchange for a good part, no returns.

My brother called this place the man made it seem like he had the part ready. Drove 25 minutes from the guy's house that was working on my car and bout time I made it to Bi-lo my air compressor was off I told the guy I was here to pick up the air compressor he said it wasn't ready it will be 40 minutes I waited over that then they gave me a bad compressor had to drive back to get another one and the one they gave me might not even be a good one because it had oil all on it and turn to find out the one they said was good wasn't good tried calling and they didn't answer and they are still showing they are open I'm pissed to the max because I was supposed to go out of town

I had a great experience with Bi-lo Auto Salvage. Jose was the Sales Associate who helped me through the long complicated purchase. He made sure the parts were compatible with my vehicle, he was quick to respond to my many calls and was very patient with my decision making. Overall a great experience. Had to come back and edit transmission good mechanic no good, but besides that it would have been nice if there was a shifter cable holster on the transmission so they gets 3stars.. I come to correct myself the part was good as well as the price it was the mechanic I have to change my review, transmission just fine as well as the best price for it... thought I got duked but I didn't...

Be sure to lock up your tool box whenever you come here. Me and a few of my friends had our tools stolen from our vehicles after going into the office and looking for a part. It's like someone is waiting for you to leave your car and then steals from you before you return to your car! I lost over a 150 dollars worth of tools that day.

I drove an hour away. Pull up at the salvage yard at 4:59. And they were all out was already closed if you close their side change the time to 5 o'clock. So anybody want to come to salvage yard they do not close at 5:30 they close whenever the hell they want
