Left my keys in my ignition at work and my truck died. Got a jump at work and started heading home just for my truck to die 5 miles down the highway. Kurt showed up right away and took care of everything. We were 15 miles away parking at my house barely 25 minutes later. Then he stayed after my truck was parked to test the battery and I'm glad he did. I now won't waste my money on a new battery or diagnostic. I'll just go a head and get the new alternator that it needs. Not only picked me up when I was stranded, but made sure I wouldn't end up in the same situation again; that's far better customer service than I had ever expected. Saved me so much time and money. Will definitely be calling them again when I'm stuck.

Thanks to a pothole, I found myself in need of a wheel rim. A & A was able to find a "used" match to what I had on my Ford Flex for a great price, shipped overnight. I say "used" because it was in better shape than the other 3 on my car. I'm very pleased with their service, and would recommend them to others.

Horrible experience. I ordered 3 parts and was told they would be delivered next day and they weren’t. They were sent a bad fender and then I had to wait for a new one which I had to pay extra for. They sent 3 bad headlights that I did not take and then they offered me to pay extra for a new one although I had been waiting over a week for this part, I declined. The last part was supposed to have 2 parts in it when I came to pick it up one part was missing. I was then told that it was not included and my salesman had been lied to so I couldn’t get the other half of my part so I had to get a refund. So after ordering 3 parts and waiting 2 weeks I left with ONE of my ordered parts. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Did not try to accommodate me for my time wasted or anything. Would not recommend. Horrible experience

Fast, friendly service! My repair shop declared my car dead because they couldn't find a critical part. These are some super mechanics. With all kinds of parts.

I purchased a rebuild transmission. It looked really nice, wrapped up and clean. After installing we found that it had bad Transmission Harness after swapping old harness it to new transmission we go it going. After few days of driving differential went out. We send it back to get it fix. Before sending of we swapped the harness back because we though we will get different transmission. After fixing the transmission came back with the same bad harness. Differential was fixed but we had to put new harness in that was expensive. After all the extra shipping and parts and labor it was really bad experience. Every time we asked to get a call back or been told we will get a call back, Neither happened. In the end transmission Did work and customer is happy BUT rather not go threw this again.
