Very friendly family. Family owned for many years. They seem to always have what I need whenever I go in there. So glad they are still in business.

We purchased rear beam axl for 2014 toyota corrolla, and m97 send an axl for a truck and when called to return the wrong part Ziad and marcel they charged me $80 restocking fee,bad place i dont recommend them at all،wow even the owner lies so much by saying my mechanic came and look at it, if your going to run a business by lying 🤥

I’m only giving a one star for a few reasons. I saw them post a car on fb marketplace, me thinking okay they are a business they will sell good cars. Boy was I WRONG. As soon as I got there to inquire about said car I was looking at the lady didn’t know anything about it. She didn’t know what she was talking about. Red flag I know. I wanted to give them a chance and not be so judgmental but I should have listened to my gut. Anyways so I asked if there was anything wrong and I was told a bolt on the alternator and maybe the power steering… I was okay with that. So I was certain I was going to purchase it. It has been hellllll ever since I got this piece of ****. I don’t recommend buying a car from them. They know their selling junk cars they know their getting over on folks.. how could they not. I should have listened to my gut when I got the first red flag but me being me I wasn’t going to listen to the previous reviews. Moral of the story don’t buy a vehicle from them, you’ll regret it with every ounce of you. Now the mechanics I’m not sure about. I will say they are friendly but they lack communication skills and professionalism. Good luck!!!

They are good people and they take care of you and fair on the price

Thanks to a pothole, I found myself in need of a wheel rim. A & A was able to find a "used" match to what I had on my Ford Flex for a great price, shipped overnight. I say "used" because it was in better shape than the other 3 on my car. I'm very pleased with their service, and would recommend them to others.

Horrible experience. I ordered 3 parts and was told they would be delivered next day and they weren’t. They were sent a bad fender and then I had to wait for a new one which I had to pay extra for. They sent 3 bad headlights that I did not take and then they offered me to pay extra for a new one although I had been waiting over a week for this part, I declined. The last part was supposed to have 2 parts in it when I came to pick it up one part was missing. I was then told that it was not included and my salesman had been lied to so I couldn’t get the other half of my part so I had to get a refund. So after ordering 3 parts and waiting 2 weeks I left with ONE of my ordered parts. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Did not try to accommodate me for my time wasted or anything. Would not recommend. Horrible experience

Walter's Auto Salvage was the best experience I have ever had getting a car part. It's open 24 hours a day. 24 hour service makes stuff very convenient. Walter was very nice and helpful. And I will definitely go back to Walter's Auto Salvage again in the future. It was much easier than dealing with Lucky's or Weller's. Give Walter's Auto Salvage a try.

Not helpful at all. Asked for a power steering rack and all I got was a immediate dont have it, think it takes longer to search a catalog of cars and parts they should have documented. Another website claimed they had it. Nevertheless didn't take down part listings or didnt want to help me. Years back, I went in for a pump, and the clerk was rude. They are sometimes worth going to.

These are some super mechanics. With all kinds of parts.

I purchased a rebuild transmission. It looked really nice, wrapped up and clean. After installing we found that it had bad Transmission Harness after swapping old harness it to new transmission we go it going. After few days of driving differential went out. We send it back to get it fix. Before sending of we swapped the harness back because we though we will get different transmission. After fixing the transmission came back with the same bad harness. Differential was fixed but we had to put new harness in that was expensive. After all the extra shipping and parts and labor it was really bad experience. Every time we asked to get a call back or been told we will get a call back, Neither happened. In the end transmission Did work and customer is happy BUT rather not go threw this again.
