Horrible experience. I ordered 3 parts and was told they would be delivered next day and they weren’t. They were sent a bad fender and then I had to wait for a new one which I had to pay extra for. They sent 3 bad headlights that I did not take and then they offered me to pay extra for a new one although I had been waiting over a week for this part, I declined. The last part was supposed to have 2 parts in it when I came to pick it up one part was missing. I was then told that it was not included and my salesman had been lied to so I couldn’t get the other half of my part so I had to get a refund. So after ordering 3 parts and waiting 2 weeks I left with ONE of my ordered parts. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Did not try to accommodate me for my time wasted or anything. Would not recommend. Horrible experience

I needed a o2 sensor down stream sensor. They had it in stock and I believe I got it at a fair price. I was treated professionally.. I will come back again..

I've been trying to return parts all week. What auto part store closes before 6pm? REALLY?. I would go anywhere else but here all other places are at least open till 8pm. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN. IM TAKING A LOSS AT THIS POINT. WARNING TO OTHERS DONT GO HERE. GET UR PARTS FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. ANYWHERE ELSE!.Sitting here at 840am they are not even open. Hours say open at 830 this is the worst experience I have ever had with an auto parts store.

I visited this location and the employees were very gracious and respectable and extremely patient with me even though I didn’t know exactly what I needed..I would highly recommend everyone to stop in and experience great customer service.

Beware, this place will lie to you on the phone in order to have you come in and hopefully end up buying a part from them or they send you to their other location. I called them for a part and they said yes it’s on the shelf as described and ready for pickup and when I got there, he tells me I’m sorry the color is not what you asked for.Never doing business with these crooks again!
