I have always had good experiences with J & R in the past and look forward to working with them in the future. Some reviews claim to have had difficulty with warranty claims. I personally have never had a problem as long as the part was installed correctly and in a timely manner. Thanks J&R.

No star if it were an option.. was lined up to buy tires! Waited patiently for them to pull the tires from their warehouse for me and sold them on me as I was on my way from an hour and a half! Great way to run a business guys

Don't buy the warranty they have a very hard time backing it up i bought a warranty on a transmission form them for a customer when i had issue in 1/18 they would not return my calls had to drive over a sit their in person a wait for the own Jason Fisher to show up and be willing to talk about the issue this after leave a dozen phone calls for him to return. So for my customers benefit i went over and stood around in their lobby until he would talk to me. finally after almost two months got my customer taken care of. Now here we are on 8/8/18 call over again with issues on same transmission. Now back to the same game of no return calls when he says he will. I own a repair facility and do about 20,000.00 to 30,000.00 worth of used parts a year wish i had a place i could count on.

Honest people and you can still buy some small pieces of steel or small projects if you need probably larger ones but never have a large Project

I would recommend these folks to anyone. I ordered an engine from them from Yakima,Wa. They sent me the motor while installing found some issues. They didn't hesitate to refund my money and apologize for inconvenience. Jason Was great to deasl with special thanks for all your hard work. I would definately buy from anytime.

Purchased a transmission with 36,000 Miles and also purchased there self insured Warranty!! Transmission had an issue when delivered to repair facility, They removed a part from old transmission to repair the 36,000 mile transmission, which lasted approx 425 Miles again transmission is bad and they say the original repair of Bad part grade A by the way is the only claim there Warranty will cover. however they did offer a transmission with 57,000 miles in Exchange.. Bottom line the owner does not stand behind his parts or his Warranty... Buyer Beware I have been stalled for almost two weeks on this issue only to learn today 08-10-2016 they were not honoring the warranty or Part. Don't be frustrated as I am go Anywhere else!!!!!Update!!!!!! The transmission was installed at superior transmission located in cedar springs! So I am certain it was installed correctly. How convenient a 5 star post concerning warranty claims was posted shortly after me revealing the business practices of J And R recycling.....

We have bought two automatic transmissions from JR auto parts both have not worked!!! would not recomend buying parts from here. and all you get is a sorry after labor in and out on both units. Also these were graded as "A" which usually means that they are low miles and tested. DO NOT BUY PARTS HERE!!! I've had it.

Warranty fraud that about sums it up. They do not back their warranties. Purchase at your own risk!!! The better business bureau has a large amount of claims against them.
