I have been looking for a set of full doors for my 03 Jeep Wrangler and found a great set at AAA Broadway Auto Parts. Tony and the rest of the folks helped me to confirm the were right part for my Jeep. After inspecting the doors Tony said they would remove my current doors and install the new one. So nice to have sure a good customer service experience.

Went out to look at the car for the part I needed and even sent a photo to me. They took it out for me and sold it to me for a steal! It's only been 3 hours and I've already sent someone who's looking for auto parts themselves. They were really interested in where I got my part, and I let them know how honest, helpful, and how much of a bargain the parts are here. Absolutely love this place!!! Casually strolling through the yard yielded some phenomenal results this weekend. Steven is a cool dude at the register, very respectful and to the point. Texas is always pleasant and makes sure to ask if you need help or a map to find your vehicle and Daniel is the dude with the gauges who’s also super cool and knowledgeable on parts and what’s in the lot. I legit get no bad vibes from the staff here. They’re fair with the pricing. Inventory gets rotated often so if you see something… don’t come back next week. Get it now!!! 5 stars, and I’ll be here every other weekend with my tools until all my cars are complete. DIYer haven!!! Come here and save some money!!!

Kudos to the manager, Janet. She's always going that extra mile to help anyway she can, every time I see her. Her great attitude is infectious to the rest of the staff. You'll never get a bad attitude from anyone there. It's really a shame that the current national supply issues that are going on. They effect their ability to have solutions for people. I feel their frustration when I talk to the staff. If Carquest(Advance Auto) had a little cheaper pricing I'd give the store five stars but that's hardly the staffs fault.

Placed an order after an online website could not get my items to me when ''they said" it would arrive by, that put me in a jam. 15 minutes after i placed the it was ready and a 20% coupon was a major plus. Thank you a lot.

Thank you very much for helping me with my flat tire, getting the 2 stripped lug nuts off the tire, and jump starting my vehicles battery that died when I left my hazard lights on. The driver that helped me on Sunday didn't give me his name, and he was super, quick and very kind. Both dispatch and the driver were very nice to me when I called needing help in the Bell area. Super recommended!

This place is very organized and the owner Pat is very helpful. I have been going there for years. I have saved so much money on all my remodeling projects. I have a home in Casa Grande and one in Snowflake, Az. A-1 salvage is always my first stop for whatever I need. He has everything you may need, from hardware to windows.

Selling junk engines that are bad and won’t offer to help in anyway. Shady. Stay away. They listed as A quality 92,000 mile engine. $780 down the tube plus $3000 to install their product. Avoid. Auto shop verified that the engine was just installed. And verified that it was bad. Orozco will not own up to their product. Auto shop even took video of engine just installed.

Was a great experience. Could have been a bit more clear on where things were located. But I do not mind exploring an old junk yard. And thanks to the gentleman that helped me pull the part I needed. I will go back again. Thanks guys! My plate mount worked out perfectly!

On Feb 18, 2022 - I had a car incident in front of my house. The car fell back to the cliff half way. I called triple A and they requested Brian to come. The staff said waiting time about 90 minutes. Brian came in less than 30 minutes. He talked to me and explain to me what he was going to do in details. I was not a car expert, so I let him to do what he was expert on doing for 20 years. He was being so careful to remove the rocks under the car which stucked to the cars muffler, so wouldn't hurt it. After about 1 hour, with his expertise and tow truck, he towed it carefully, efficient, fast, and great shape. Brian also put the rocks back in the original position even though my spouse said he'd do it. Really appreciate everything Brian did. My spouse drove the car around and it was still great. I drove that night to Phoenix. Thank you Custom Towing/Brian for overall amazing service/work. Felt safe to have Brian doing the work. 5***** :)
