With 1 phone call... I got a part for my 1976 Dodge from Ty at Desert Valley Auto. My mechanic insisted he tried very hard to get th part for me, said he could not, and wanted ME to buy a different part for him (not the right part for the job) that cost $300 more than the part I got from Ty. They were amazing to work with and the price was right!

The black canyon city lot is like a heaven for 60's & 70's cars. So many cars, so many good parts. I didn't want to leave but after 2hrs my lady said we couldnt stay any longer. I'll be back.

Had a bad experience! I bought back window moldings which was a hundred something dollars paid them to have the pieces polished which came up to three hundred and something then after waiting a month for my parts, they charged me another ninety dollars for shipping! So I'm out of almost 400 dollars for some back window moldings. Crazy! At least I could have gotten free shipping!

I would not recommend buying from them I got one price from one person and the other was total different price. I thought customers always right. And when I called I was on hold for 15 minutes so he could find out who order me the price

Could spend all day here! Came looking for some parts for my 73 Riviera and the guys were so helpful I came away with everything I needed. $2 cast entry, even if you're not coming to pick, at least come and look, it's an amazing graveyard museum of cars and history. So glad i went!

I got my ordered used parts for my 1965 Thunderbird con. I am from Europe and I shipped it from US to Europe with a container. DVAP did a very good job. Well packed and parts are in good condition with a lot of warning decals on the packing. I got a perfect Service. You get what you pay for. It is not cheap but good quality.

Wish I never decided to call, inquired if they had a rust free door for my car and was told they did have one. They sent me pics before purchasing of it on the car before being pulled off and asked for payment to which I agreed being under the impression the door was truly rust free. A week goes by and I get a call telling me they pulled the door and are getting ready to plan shipping, I was sent a few more images of a ton better quality after payment to confirm I was ok with the door before shipping, the pics I attached is the “rust free” door they wanted to sell me. I denied the sale and stated the door obviously has rust and would want my money refunded. Upon asking for the refund they charged me a 20% restock fee for a part they never even shipped out and inaccurately described to me essentially making a $90 donation for absolutely nothing.

Look at my goblin , a 1970 pontiac bonneville , a 1 off body style which means hard to find rare parts!! My guys at Desert valley are miracle workers , they had probably the only 2 fenders in the country and they are in great shape... for DIRT CHEAP... really guys.. thank you..

I had called ahead of time and they pulled a part for me. Nikki was extremely helpful and even gave me reminder calls for the part as I get busy. Stayed open later than normal(by an hour or so) to make sure I could get my part. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable and heard some of the issues I was having with my vehicle and without asking for a dine more requested to do some quick diagnostics.. discovered some of the issues and ran tests to make sure it was something like a relay before suggesting replacing broken parts. Didn't try and up sale, just made me aware. I felt like family, Nikki even gave my Wolf a bag of dog food at no cost! This is truly an honest, family oriented business and has gained a new customer. I would recommend these folks and the company to everyone! Thank you for helping with my needs and going above and beyond. And the parts I received were clean. ~Sam

they were fast and polite in their responses to help me find sheet metal for a project car that isn't super easy to find. parts and Shipping were a little expensive however it was hard to find parts in good condition and shipping was extremely fast. if I find myself unable to locate sheet metal locally on my next project then I think they'll be my next call.

This auto wrecking yard is amazing Kristen who works here was nice enough to spend all day to locate a door for a Toyota tundra for me. She called me to let me know one had literally just come in to the lot with the part I needed. Customer service like that nowadays is so hard to find and so greatly appreciated thank you so much.

Prices are steep. I was given a $100 discount on a trunk lid quoted at $450 so I paid $350 which was what 3 other yards had it at or slightly less, but they were not local. I needed quite a few other parts but every time the yard hand radioed in to get me a price, the manager got on EBAY and quoted what those idiots had them listed for, some of those auctions have been for sale for over a year at those crazy prices. I passed. Could easily have spent another couple hundred had their prices been more in line with a wrecking yard and not online auctions. Friendly people tho' and good service.

Walked in was greeted by a nice lady told her what I was looking for she looked it up and quoted me a price. Went into yard found what I needed came back in to office to get exact price and that's when other lady got in conversion and jacked price up way over 100 bucks more. Nope don't need part that bad. You all need to work together on pricing

I went to pick up my part and it was an awesome experience..the owner Jason is really cool helped me out with a tie down and a tire because I forgot to bring both to hold the engine in place (my fault)but was told it was in a crate before i picked it up, but that don't matter.. it was awesome to see dvap in person!! they got my business for life dvap all day.. getting another part soon!!

Love going to Desert Valley, even if it's just to go look at all the great cars they have there! No better place to find parts for ANY and ALL muscle car and earlier era cars! The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about what they have and don't have in their yard! I will definitely be back!

Nice, nice folks who are very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very helpful in locating parts, even if it was not from their own inventory. Kevin was simply a good guy to work with in Phoenix, as were the folks in the other 2 Desert Valley locations, I've visited. If you get the chance, ask them about the non-human torso in the suit case.

We bought a frame to repair our 1968 T-bird from these guys. The project was important to us because my mom was the original owner of the car. These guys ROCK! We got the frame on great condition, and in a very reasonable time. They arranged the shipping to us in Cleveland and everything just went flawlessly! I highly recommend these great guys!

I ordered a steering column on 9/2, they led me to believe they had it in stock and it would only be a matter of days that it would be pulled and shipped. Two weeks and several excuses later I have received no word on my part, other than "we'll call you when it's ready". Between their delays and my receiving incorrect parts from them in the past (I only went with them this time because at the time I knew of no other options) I don't see myself ordering parts from them again.

I submitted a parts request, they seemed decent enough until after I received a part that I have to repair before I can use it, I called and made a complaint, They said that the damaged ball socket came with the part because it wouldn't come off, yeah that's because it isn't designed to in the first place so that was damaged and the linkage would not adjust without me cleaning it thoroughly. I even sent pictures of this linkage to their customer service email which did not get a response. I sent a new parts request for the same car for another part I am missing and have not been contacted about it at all. I will never recommend this place or use it again, can't even remove parts without causing damage.....
