On Feb 18, 2022 - I had a car incident in front of my house. The car fell back to the cliff half way. I called triple A and they requested Brian to come. The staff said waiting time about 90 minutes. Brian came in less than 30 minutes. He talked to me and explain to me what he was going to do in details. I was not a car expert, so I let him to do what he was expert on doing for 20 years. He was being so careful to remove the rocks under the car which stucked to the cars muffler, so wouldn't hurt it. After about 1 hour, with his expertise and tow truck, he towed it carefully, efficient, fast, and great shape. Brian also put the rocks back in the original position even though my spouse said he'd do it. Really appreciate everything Brian did. My spouse drove the car around and it was still great. I drove that night to Phoenix. Thank you Custom Towing/Brian for overall amazing service/work. Felt safe to have Brian doing the work. 5***** :)

I thought for sure my battery was a goner. But I didn't have a meter to test it. It's also a newer car. With my luck I'd end up frying some computer chip or something!So I called triple A. Brian from custom towing rocked it!He got here lightening fast, and checked my battery.It turns out it was reading 14 volts so I, "don't need a new battery, just drive around the block a few times and it should be good to go", and it was!Brian I can tell you're an honest man with integrity.Thanks again Brian and Custom Towing.

They were awesome, Adam and Brandon were the sweetest guys ever. I broke down on the way to taking my 85 year old father to the doctor. Two other companies that were supposed to show up did not show up. These guys showed up in 15 minute's, I waited a total of 4.5 hours for the other 2 no shows. They were super friendly and listened to all my dad's stories lol. They were super professional when it came to loading my car and it wasn't easy because an arm broke on a back wheel. They took extra care so nothing else was damaged. I highly recommend this towing service. It was a completely satisfying experience after a day of total aggregation with the other 2 companies. Brandon was hands down THE BEST tow truck driver I've EVER had!!! Dealing with blown out brakes and being completely stressed out and overwhelmed, utterly irritated at the shop who set me up to allow my brakes to fail on me... Brandon did NOT fail me!!! Charlotte and Brandon at Custom Towing have some of the best customer service I've been so grateful to receive in a LONG TIME!!! Not only did Brandon calmly walk me through what he needed me to do to help him load up my car, through all the screeching he just told me it's all good, he's got me, and he did!!! I was and am SOOOOO happy with his service, taking such incredible care of my car loading and unloading, (HA, I'd have thought he was towing a $300k Mercedes!), I'm specially requesting Brandon and Custom Towing for a second AAA tow to bring it to a new shop!!! I went from being stressed, nearly having a panic attack just avoiding what could've been a horrific scene with my lady in the car, to feeling safe, relaxed and even laughing with a good ole tow truck story on the way home! Kris was excellent. Did extra work to make sure our stuck car did not get damaged while being pulled out. Looked all over under the car and found that the dust shield was loose. Removed it for us so that it did not get damaged until we could have it put back on.

They claim 24 HR service. Call someone else if you broke down in the middle of the night. Quoted me 230 dollars for a tow and over night stow. Then called me back to tell me it was beyond their scope. I tried to give them money because I was desperate, they wouldn't take it.

**Update**Locked my keys in my car AGAIN!!! How embarrassing! Only 2 weeks later 😑 ended up being Kris again. We had a good laugh. Thanks for your help again!!!Kid locked my keys in the car.
