VERY REASONABLE. They do NOT like to stay a minute past closing. I was pulling a rather difficult part and had been working on it for about 2 to 3 hours. Closing Time rolls around and I had 5 minutes left to finish and they would not wait. They would not hold the part until the next day either, luckily it was still there the next day.

Rude People, the Guy upfront was rude, didn't know what parts HE even had??! Had to walk a mile to NOT find What HE said they have "plenty" of the parts I needed. They didn't then HE was pissed I asked .. don't go here!!!!!!!!!

Went yesterday was treated very well. Although far from my place their customer service is top notch. I didn't find what I was looking for but it was worth discovering this place.
