Better Than Duct Tape

Kudos to the manager, Janet. She's always going that extra mile to help anyway she can, every time I see her. Her great attitude is infectious to the rest of the staff. You'll never get a bad attitude from anyone there. It's really a shame that the current national supply issues that are going on. They effect their ability to have solutions for people. I feel their frustration when I talk to the staff. If Carquest(Advance Auto) had a little cheaper pricing I'd give the store five stars but that's hardly the staffs fault.

Employees moved their cars so we could park our RV to work on it. They were very helpful, and knowledable, allowing us to use their tools to swap alternators and stayed until 5 minutes to closing helping us to accomplish our work. They are an excellent team of service personnel. We can't say enough about the service that was provided.

Our 1986 RV broke down in Holbrook last month and I made it to this store just before they closed. I explained that we had been stranded off and on while we were on our road trip with my two kids and they quickly helped me find some things to help. Actually a guy came and checked out our RV, explained a few things to us and we were finally on our way after that. They also gave us some cold water which seriously was a life saver (we didn’t have AC in the RV and it was over 100 degrees). They were so kind and helpful! We were able to make it to our destinations and made our trip possible! I don’t live anywhere near here but if I did, I would only shop there as much as possible.
