Have used LUPERS before and always pleased. So I new this time would be no different. They located and fixed the engine electrical issue and had me up and running same day truck went in to shop. And to my surprise the truck was washed when I got there. I got the parts I needed. However, it was a lot more than I expected. I know other local auto parts stores are definitely cheaper for the same auto parts that I purchased than O'Reilly. I more than likely won't be going back to O'Reilly again.

This store was amazing!!!! Our alternator went out and we barely chugged up to the store and we are from ammon on our way to lava hot springs. They were so kind to help us test our battery told us it was most likely the alternator and let us use all the tools we needed to fix it right there. Thank you so much for your hospitality and not making us tow it somewhere else to work on it.

One of only a few pick and pulls in the magic Valley in twin falls Idaho. Reasonable prices on most of the parts, some parts pulls downright dangerous or impossible without jacks and jackstands, which are not allowed there. Very helpful that they are open 7 days a week and have carts for moving parts because you have a lot of walking to do on unstable terrain. The $1 entry fee if you can't find what you need, and $1 processing fee on every receipt is a bit ridiculous unless you find something worth it on each trip... Also crushing vehicles you only have one of and damaging rear drive lines and other parts moving vehicles around is a lot of lost profit there for a business trying to sell used car parts... They are my first stop to try to get used parts as they are setup a bit better than the others for getting around and organization, but have a few tweaks to do to make it a 5 star experience. First and foremost when crushing a line of cars how about saving the ones you only have one of and crushing the ones you have 20 of?... A few permanent tweaks/changes to the operation for the good of everyone and I'd easily change this to 5 stars. 18nov2022= worthwhile trip to scout some more parts

Been going to United Metal for 15+ yrs always had great service until I went to this location. I recommend you avoid do any kind of business with them whatsoever. I will drive 25 miles out of my way to their location in Caldwell before I ever go back to their Payette location. 😁

Went all over town trying to find a new u-bolt for our ATV plow mounting bracket. NOBODY had what we needed (today! ❄) and the only possibility was looking like ordering a whole new mounting bracket kit $$ from Polaris. Popped into Auto Haus and Derek (sp?) helped me out in just minutes! Used some all thread and machined me the exact square u-bolts that I needed! Great customer service and didn't charge me an arm and a leg!

You can't go inside to get your parts. You have to text or call with your invoice number and parking spot and they will bring it out to you. At first, I thought this is nice but, I text them and 15 minutes later, nothing. I had to call and then they came within 5 minutes. Would not recommend texting them. The guy who brought out my part was very nice and professional.

This trash company is a gamble on if you actually get your trash picked up or not. Called one week because it didn’t get picked up, got told I could just put extra out next week, and they didn’t show up this week either. This company is a joke. Sad that there aren’t any other trash services near me.
