This trash company is a gamble on if you actually get your trash picked up or not. Called one week because it didn’t get picked up, got told I could just put extra out next week, and they didn’t show up this week either. This company is a joke. Sad that there aren’t any other trash services near me.

What in the world..... my neighbors left trash all over the street near south maple grove and just saw a Hardin guy get out of his truck to pick it all up. That is surely not in his job description and just him being a good citizen doing something I should've done. I’ll post a pic if I can. Way to go guys I’m excited you are my trash provider.

Fox Sanitation recently sold out to Hardin. I was unsure of what to expect with the new changes; however Hardin has been awesome. We were given adequate time and notification. Everyone from the office staff to the drivers have been knowledgeable and professional. :)

Skipped picking up the trash at my house and then wanted to charge me for them to fix their mistake.

I was outside with my daughter, she was wanting to watch the big truck take our trash. Jose came to talk to me about my can placement, super nice guy! He then continued to bring my can up from the curb because I mentioned we were only home due to my daughter being sick. Just one of the many reasons why I love this company!

We called for service from the end of April till the 10th of August, explained our situation that we were getting our home ready to sell so we ordered a dumpster. Our first bill came, noticed two dump charges for June when we only called for one, didn't want to argue with them so we just paid the bill, had to get our home ready to sell. Talked with them before we closed on our home the 10th of August and now we had to pay $109.51 for one dump and ten days rental.... we were told $40.00 for each dump, we were not behind on our bill but somehow... and they won't tell us why, we had to pay a final bill of $109.51 a difference of $61.00 that they stole from us.Services: House & garage cleanouts, Junk removal

A great company so far! We just switched to Hardin from Republic and the switch was a little bumpy as expected since that’s a big change but the gal that answered the phone was very nice when I called to order an extra trash and recycling bin. They were out within two days! Great service!

Hardin Sanitation Drivers are awesome!!! We had an old cumbersome giant bean bag to get rid of and we weren’t sure if they would take it with the regular garbage. The driver hopped out to make sure his truck could grab it properly and sure enough, he took it! Thanks for the extra effort!!!
