Been there over a hundred times. They have always been good to me. Never any bad attitudes like some places. Prices have always been comparable or better than others.

This location is great with customer service and the services they provide! The workers were very polite and knowledgeable! I wasn't sure what size rim I needed and was able to text them a picture. They immediately told me what I needed as well as gave me a quote through text messages! Their price was reasonable and I was able to get my rim on the next business day! Thank you so much! The employees on this business thinking all the people is stupid. Around 3 months ago I bought a latch door for 35 and then my other side door is stuck. I come back for another latch door and at time to pay the employ sed is a $159. For it. Jajajaja that part on line brand new is for $60.00. I'm never come back again. It's no my only part. A month ago I bought a ABS module for 80. And I lost my tickets. So have to pay for another one. But at the time to pay this is for a $120. Have no idea how the employee can change the price for a different costumer. My friend bought The same part 1 day before and the payment was for $78. I think there is some kind of scam in this business. Don't waste your time and money on a bad deal. There are better ones where you can see the prices online and not pay a different price every day. Some days the price is double.

Way better than joliets u pull it. Best junk yard prices in town!!! I have gotten so many parts for my car there. Wing for 15$ weather tech floors matts for 15$. Side skirts,bolts , actuators, fenders dashboards everything. Ashleys is awesome...the owner will work with you on prices whats fair is right and she does good business the right way.

Rude staff!!! Called to see if they had a rim for my son's Jeep gave them all the sized needed they said they did. I ended getting there and it turned out to be a spare. So I decided if it was the same thing I would take it if it would work. Turned out to be the wrong size tire. Plus it was junk and had a plug in it we noticed later. Called back and asked if I could return it and they said yes. I asked if there was a restocking fee he said no. When I go to return it the staff was very rude said they would only give me $25 and I paid $100 then tried saying the guy who rang it up didn't list it right on the receipt and claimed I returned a junk tire! BS!! They even said go to Walmart if I didn't like it! Should have in the first place I guess!!!Don't ever do business with them they are just trying to rip you off!!!

I spoke with Danny for a part for my Range Rover Sport they did not have the part in stock. He was very helpful and referred me to someone who did have the part I needed. He was helpful and friendly.

They'll tell you they have it, you'll drive for an hour, then they'll look and nonchalantly tell you they don't have it. Don't say I didn't warn ya.

They did not have tires I needed but was able and willing to put tires on and balance a some tires I bought. Heads up They only take cash, Lucky I had the right amount on me.

Friendly service, good prices and lots of cars and trucks to pick. Have had several good experiences sometimes with low prices due to flash three for one sale! Unfortunately this business is reported to be closed due to change of ownership, so caution if you think that you will still get the low prices associated with self service auto salvage. The conventional salvage prices are significantly higher.
