Friendly service, good prices and lots of cars and trucks to pick. Have had several good experiences sometimes with low prices due to flash three for one sale! Unfortunately this business is reported to be closed due to change of ownership, so caution if you think that you will still get the low prices associated with self service auto salvage. The conventional salvage prices are significantly higher.

U-Pull is CLOSED permanently!!! The google listing did reflect that for a short time, yet has been changed back to claim it is still operating? That is a LIE!! New corporate owners are nickel-&-diming off the corpse of a once great, affordable local business. Do yourself a favor & hit up ebay instead. Promise you'll save $$ vs these investor pleasers who think their dusty, outdoor yard kept parts command like-new prices.

Good yard, well organized. Just keep in mind the yard is kinda small. I've bought parts there that were surprisingly expensive, but I've also been surprised at how inexpensively priced other parts were. If you're working on a limited budget you might want to call ahead to check if the model you're looking for is in the yard and price on the part. Staff gets 5 stars all day long. Never had a bad experience with any of them.

New ownership / staff is not helpful at all. It’s a shame to what happened to what use to be a good business.

Had to get a real specific bolt for my car and this was the place I found it! 3 dollars to get in, cheap part pricing, great used tires. The staff is excellent, shout out to John for being extra helpful in this situation! On Wednesday they have a special, pay 4 to get in then parts are half off! One entry fee gets you in and re-entered all day long! Great service, great staff, great pricing! Go here and get what you need for cheap!

Found this gem while on a trip down to see my son and I just happen to find it on a Wednesday when all parts are ½ price and they actually had the headlight I have been looking for. So not only did they have the headlight I also got it for half the price. So I'd say I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area. I also recommend that if you are looking for a upull place this is THE ONE you need to stop at.

Looked on Neals website for door and fender price and then got to Neals, got parts off and ready to pay. I showed them the price on their website and they said they have to go by their computer not website. So what is the website for. I am not doing business with them anymore, not worth the hassle. They wanted to charge me about 120 dollars more than the website said.

Love the convenience and price of pulling my own parts. U pull staff are very helpful especially Jamie. Sad to hear the new owners are closing the upull.

Drove a hour to find a piece of paper inside the lobby stating there is no longer “u-pull” at least post it on a website or something.

Wish they gave you a little 50CC motorcycle to do donuts while ona wheelie binge..But then it'd cost more to get in so 3$ isn't unaffordable. Half price days rule!

Normally have what I need in the yard. Low rating due to pricing. Needed a headlight for my car they have it. But.. they want $178 for it. So ofcourse I went the smart route and ordered a brand new one for $170. Yeah explain that.. they also wanted $45 for a blinker switch.. again I just bought a brand new one for $35 instead. They charge over new price for used parts I guess.

Decent selection of cars & trucks. Great prices on Batteries and most parts, BUT always check the price of a new part both online and at your local auto parts store because if your not diligent you may end up paying more for your used & abused parts than you would have for new! Always always look up your make, model & year to get the price for new before spending time and money on used. Prices at Neils are the same for every make, model & year and no additional discounts are given if you pull a part that's seen better days (this is called the "better than nothing" part) besides their shorter days, over priced wheels and tires, it's still a great place to go for used parts with some exceptional employees!

Since I have been in Peoria IL Neal's has been my go-to for parts and it's the cheapest in town. Great customer service and they do half price on Wednesday. You just can't beat it

I will never shop here again. They didn't even give me my paper work for my car. And told me they would give me back my $50 00 dollars for the core charge and lied . Just because it took a little longer to change my transmission. I have a year warranty on it. Now he wants to take advantage of people and only give me $25.00 dollar back. Very bad customer service. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

Neal's is the premier salvage yard in the Peoria area. Very well organized and clean you-pull-it yard. I wish that the warehouse staff took me as seriously when I request a $100.000 part as they do when I spend $4000.00. Great customer service when I'm spending a little will guarantee repeat business when I'm spending a lot. My last attempt at a transaction was disappointing. Seriously disappointing .

Neal's has, always been very fair on their "U Pull It" parts I have purchased over the last 3 years. I strongly recommend them as a source to get quality used OEM parts for vehicle.

Bought an engine for my truck here with a warranty. It was no good, they allowed me to have another one. It was no good, and then my warranty was no good there. You're warranty only last for one engine, so you can pay thousands of dollars And you can wind up being screwed. Then you find out you could've got a new engine for less than a $1000 more. Be careful people...ethics are not good

Great place to get the parts you need. Very friendly staff. Helpful directions are given and they make it very easy to know whether they will or won't have what you're searching for.

Good deals, friendly staff. Move quickly to get the parts you need, cars are only kept 90 days and trucks are kept 120 days. 1/2 price on parts on Wednesdays. Be sure to bring your old parts to avoid core charges.

Great service!!! $2 to get in, found two used tires, paid $26.00! Not bad at all! Very friendly and helpful staff. I honestly thought I was gna end up spending $200 or more today! Spent $60! Pretty good day!

Not bad, the $2 entry fee to get into the yard is annoying. Two bucks ta walk 15 feet in and grab a tire seemed ridiculous. But if your goin in to actually pull a part its not bad. Staff was very helpful and friendly. So cant complain all in all

The lady at the window was extremely rude even though I was nothing but friendly and polite I took my business to Plaza Tire their place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I just got cut loose from an auto parts company after 4 years due to corona we would never talk to customers the way they do at this place. Obviously a salvage yard is a huge asset to the community but management should give their employees an attitude adjustment or replace them there's plenty of good people out there looking for job's that would glady fill their place

After being ripped off by another company, I still needed a 5.7 Hemi motor for my 09' Dodge Ram. I spoke with Patrick, what an awesome guy and company to do business with! I had my engine quick, ordered it Thursday afternoon, it was delivered the following Wednesday morning! Called them back the following week for another part, lower control arm, off the same truck, there was a delay in getting it shipped, but Patrick was up front about it, apologized for the delay. I appreciate honesty! They'll get my business anytime I need parts and I'm 500 miles away from them!

Everything went well, left with almost all the parts I was after. Plus another part for a different vehicle that I stumbled upon on my way out. Service desk people were kind and helpful. Definitely my first stop for parts.

went to get a new window for my car they first pulled the wrong one then when we told them they said they would pull the correct one. This happened 5 days ago and they never called to tell me it was done. Sent my fiance down there this morning and the guy tried to give us the same window that was wrong and we even brought the new order form. Pretty much called my fiance stupid. I will be coming down for my refund later today
