Doesn't communicate. Lies about time or when theyll show up. Was told first thing in the morning. Never called us once for an update until we called 15 min prior to them showing up for him to let us know he's 10 cars behind and hell get to us in the morning. Called in the morning to comfirm...tried convincing us to call around after saying they had to go to hinsdale instead.... absolutely a waste of your time.
