GREAT customer service. I didn't actually get to buy anything from them. I live in Tacoma and needed a trunk lid and they thought they had it. Turns out the trunk lid they had was busted due to a wreck and they called me ASAP to inform me so i didn't waste my time driving 3 hours. THANK YOU!

There are absolutely no words I can use to describe Jack's Payless Auto. The professionalism is at its highest quality! Very rarely do you find the mechanic that's not going to rip you off or tell you that you need to buy this buy that when you really don't. Kenan with “Everett Auto & Junk Car Removal” was absolutely amazing! Truly had a great experience from talking to him and getting much needed help from his company when I was stuck. Back story- We had an Estate clean out and I had a two vehicles in the back of the house with very little space to maneuver. He was very mindful of the house and got it all done within hours of calling. Two cars in the same day! Just impressed. I would highly recommend this company for any Auto and Junk Car removal needs in Lynnwood and Everett WA.

I purchased a 22r from sunwest in December 2021.Only problem I encountered was a pinched oil pump gasket that leaked after initial start up. not a huge deal and easy enough to fix. I do wish they would have used steel backed timing guides for the 22r timing chain, although that’s not a deal breaker in my book.They are easy to deal with, customer service is on point.If anything changes with the engine I will update this review.

Bought transmission assembly from them. One of the reason I picked B & R is because they offer 90 day warranty. Transmission turned out to be defective and now I’m trying to file a claim for 7 straight days. There’s no form on their website so you can only do it over the phone, but department responsible for it is not picking up the phone. They send you to the voicemail and never call back. All my emails are completely ignored as well. Looks like they’re trying to make your return process so difficult in hopes you’ll just forget about it.

The owner there helped us out in a bind when we put our spare tire on our trailer and it blew around the are he is located. We had no money and no means for anything and he was generous enough to help us out with two tires that git us home safely. Thank you whoever you may be!!

First time using this facility, it came with high recommendations by those I know in the Kitsap Destruction Derby for best place to bring scrap. If anyone knows where to get rid of used parts its them. I was unsure of the procedure here, but as I entered I was greeted by someone about what I was hauling, He explained about the scale as there is no attendant near it, just him in the front shack. I was also informed where I needed to unload for the type of scrap I had. After getting my slip from him I proceeded to the front office to get reimbursed for my metal. They request only one person inside at a time, and you need your Drivers License and Vehicle license plate number. Fairly quick and friendly, I had my check and was on my way. Looked like the employees were having a good time, which shows they taken care of and enjoy their time there. I will be back when I get more to haul. Thank you.

Did not at all care for the automated check in with your phone but the guy that brought the car out and loaded it on the trailer was top notch. I have driven a few fork lifts, skid steers and tool carriers over the years, but this guy amazing. He put that car on the trailer exactly where I wanted it then pulled his 16 foot forks out out of the small space under the vehicle without dragging on the trailer or the car. He didn't even knock the 1" of snow off the deck of the trailer. Great work! He treated our car as if it was his own!
