The Management here are so helpful. I highly recommend calling to find the parts you need. I was so relieved to find a place that would help me find affordable parts and a reliable mechanic to help Me restore my vehicle rather than lose it to the insurance company for a payment that is Way less than my car is actually worth! Its is Very eco friendly to fix your vehicle rather than ‘throw it away’ !! And when insurance companies overcharge for parts and labor and determine that it costs more to fix than its worth, aka Salvage, this business offers you great deals to Buy and restore ‘Salavged’ vehicles! Its good for the environment and costs you way less than buying a new car!

Worse towing place ever, would not recommend

One of the guys here advertises himself as a specialist with transmissions. My father brought his truck in 5 times and the "specialist" couldn't fix it. It was a simple leaking problem with the transmission oil. My father and him agreed that the "specialist" would pay for another mechanic to fix the problem. When my father found the right mechanic, he informed the "specialist" how much it was going to cost (it was $300). He said he would only pay half since it was two much money. This guy is a shady and horrible/untrustworthy mechanic and businessman. Do not come here.

First time? 1.Pull up to warehouse 2.Grab the appropriate bins and roll them to your car 3. Separate your recycling into bins 4. Roll bins to warehouse door and wait your turn 5. Go inside where a worker will weigh out your recycling. You will be given a paper with weight and $$ 6. Go outside and stand in line at cashier window where you will receive your cash. 7. Go buy beer and start the recycling journey all over again.

I called a business to inquire about a part I needed, and they told me they'd check and asked me to call back in 20 minutes. While waiting, I decided to try another shop--only to realize it was actually the same business under a different name. When I called, the person on the phone was clearly annoyed that I was still shopping around and even told their coworker not to bother checking for my part. 0/10 customer service, wouldn't bother them in the future even if they're they have my part.

Went in last Saturday, ended up getting charged for 3 hood hinges when I only bought 2. When I went in to get a refund, I was told "corporate policy is no cash refunds" Now if I made the mistake, I'd be fine with the store credit I got back. But when an employee makes the mistake, and now I'm out my money and left with store credit? That's messed up. Stay away from this location.

I was in need of a subframe for a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. (hybrid) I had a bit of difficulty finding one locally. I was fortunate enough to find one at Apple Auto Dismantling. I needed it delivered it out to Reseda area and free delivery was offered the same day. True their word it was delivered the same day. I appreciate the delivery service as it was raining today. Now I can finish the car and get my customer back on the road. Thank you Ricardo and Lily for great customer service here. I will be coming back to purchase more parts in the foreseeable future.

Night and Day difference a between this location and the San Leandro Location. Everyone is friendly, most people can speak English, great organization within their yard, very little wait times.
