My company purchased my battery from them. A year later that battery dies. I call and the service department which is NOT the actual facility in which the battery was purchased told me that I had to go out to the place and talk to the actual place. Upon asking for a direct business number, I was instructed that the client buildings have no direct numbers. I can’t imagine big warehouse spaces operating a business with out a number. I was also given the wrong battery for the car. So they have no direct numbers, they don’t keep receipts and paper work, and the aren’t highly knowledgeable of the parts they give out. Highly dissatisfied customer stuck in the rain DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very helpful, very attentive staff. Didnt have the exact piece I needed, but helped me to find a piece that would work fine. The price of the parts I needed were very fair and the visit overall was pleasant. Will be shopping with them regularly

We returned 2 small/inexpensive parts to their driver at which time, he signed our return document admitting that he picked the parts up. When we called, 2 weeks later to get a copy of the credit memo, we were met with frustration/anger and "We can't give you credit for that". Tricia Young was very unpleasant to deal with and her manager Patrick Carruth was even worse. I asked to talk to his boss and he told me that he was the top of the food chain at that location. He also told me that he more important things to worry about than my $27 credit. Long story short, Patrick and Tricia will keep me from buying parts from Keystone if I can avoid it. I have had several return issues with Keystone and I have never had one with National out of Albuquerque, NM. They actually bring the credit memo when they pick the part up.

Bought a hvac vacuum pump, refrigerant and asked for a o-ring kit, and later found they sold me the wrong type for ac repair. Not everyone that tries repairing their vehicles is a master mechanic, I guess they aren't master sales counter help either

I have done business with them for decades. They have honest prices. They are always my first stop for used auto parts. If Best doesn't have what I need and I am forced to go to close-by places, I usually find what I want but I am usually insulted, overcharged, and treated rudely.

Great prices for great condition used auto parts. Sam did a good job saving the nuts etc that came with the parts. Don't hesitate to stop by. Make sure you go down past the tracks and take a right at the first light.

Although I was unable to salvage and use the piece I needed, everyone was amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. Michael actually helped me a great deal in my search for the elusive part I'm looking for. He's very knowledgeable with even the smallest bit of info on cars. I appreciate y'all.

My wife was weed eating the yard and a rock broke the rear window on our Tundra. I called every salvage yard in Corpus Christi and they were quoting me Dealer price. So i decided to try Victoria. I called Big State and spoke with Donnie. He told me that he didn't have one in stock but that he could order a new replacement and have it at Big State the next morning. Donnie beat everyone's price and provided 5 star service. I highly recommend Big State Auto Salvage.
