My name is Derrick, and I went to this place to get an light switch for my 2004 Crown Vic, The employee that helped me went above and beyond to make sure that I got the part that I needed, he even went to get the part that I was missing. I was very happy with the service, and my light switch works perfectly.. I was about to spend a $100 Dollars at O,really and got a used part from here for $25 Bucks. You can't beat that. Guys you got to check this place out. .

This business was absolutely professional in every way. Also driving in a thunderstorm when couldn't see the road, by phone "Eric" guided me to the facility. The staff was very kind and Eric gave me a great deal on A/c hose. I would drive an hour again for tgheir service.

Customer service is horrible if you aren't sure what part exactly you need hold your cash, they don't have a sign any where on the lobby of a "restocking fee" until you pay and they give you a recipe, then you can see if you return it they charge you. Oh and the Entrance has been removed it would be nice if they would updated it since the reroute version isn't simple.

I looked at their web page before going in person to not waste my time and theirs. I wanted to make sure they had the part i needed, i did find it online but the description it just said some letters that i didn't know what they meant so i assumed that it was just some code. I went to the place and asked them about it, and they did have it, but whem they showed me it was bent and damage. No warranty of course. If i want a used part specially for a body panel, you want it to be in good condition at least. I wasted my time. I was very disappointed. They sent me to another place where they did have it but by the time i got there they were closed. I still appreciate they looked for it but i just wished their descriptions were more "customer friendly" to not waste time.

Honest reviews

A little difficult to get there since the entrance over the rail tracks is closed. But well worth the detour. I needed a gas tank, and they had at and at a great price.

Went to get a spare rim called 45 mins before arriving and was told they had a spare rim with tire. Showed up wait wait another 30 minutes for the spare rim with no tire on it. Then wanted to add a tire, but wouldn't all me to see it before getting. Left with rim and got tire else where.

Auto body parts are okay to buy, but I would be cautious about mechanical parts such as Engines & Transmissions. I purchased a transmission that was allegedly in good condition, then after installing said transmission I ended up having to take it to a transmission shop for a complete overhaul.
