I don't blame the workers. They tried giving me 17 cents a pound for carbide inserts, they told me they would pass it as stainless steel because it wasn't magnetic. I guess I'll have to find another place. Some more training needs to take place. Carbide goes for at least $5 lb. Edit: A very quick response, thank you! I was just told that I could only get 17 cents a pound, and that was it, period. So I just walked away. (With all of my carbide, of course.) I'll be back tomorrow? I guess I have to come in the office. I'll call. Quick response= +1 star Thank you.

I was in need of a subframe for a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. (hybrid) I had a bit of difficulty finding one locally. I was fortunate enough to find one at Apple Auto Dismantling. I needed it delivered it out to Reseda area and free delivery was offered the same day. True their word it was delivered the same day. I appreciate the delivery service as it was raining today. Now I can finish the car and get my customer back on the road. Thank you Ricardo and Lily for great customer service here. I will be coming back to purchase more parts in the foreseeable future.

Night and Day difference a between this location and the San Leandro Location. Everyone is friendly, most people can speak English, great organization within their yard, very little wait times.

We bought a large metal building from them. Had a problem with the motor on the door. It stopped working, suppose to be under warranty It's been 6 weeks with lots of promises with no results, wouldn't recommend them, be aware!!!!!

I purchased a used 59k Engine for my 2011 Ford Fiesta at Mendoza Dismantling. I’m still waiting for the mechanic to finish installing the engine. Can’t wait to go to the lake to test drive it.

Bad customer service rude people answering the phone

Mr. Salvador might hang up on you (Multiple times), block your number, ignore the calls, assure you they don't have the parts you're going to ask before you do, or redirect you to another number just to not do anything. Pretty bad customer service.

I paid them to change the engine of my 2011 Toyota Prius. They changed it and gave me a 3-month warranty. After two weeks, the engine started having problems. I told them that the engine had a problem and that I needed to change it. They charged me $600 to put another engine in for me. I told them to give me the engine and that I would put it somewhere else. They accepted it and said that they would send the engine to me. Three days passed and they didn't send the engine. I called them to find out what happened. They told me that the engine was ready and that I could come and pick it up tomorrow morning. When I went to pick it up, the engine wasn't ready. They treated me badly. They said that I was wasting my time. I came here early.

Driver was on time. He had a little trouble finding me but called me right away. We were transferring a forklift onto a trailer and he was very careful when loading, trying to make sure the trailer wasn't damaged and then helped to carefully position the lift on the trailer for best ballance and so the load was carried across the trailers structure evenly.

The Big Homie Rick at the entrance was super Helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. He quickly pointed me in the right direction for what I was searching for. At the checkout counter Jerry was quick to help me save money while maintaining his professionalism. Thank you guys I appreciate it much clean location helpful People I give this place a 10 out of 5
