Beware! Was sold an ABS module for a 2013 Chrysler 200. Although my employee insisted that it was an Avenger and it wouldn’t be compatible. The sales associate insisted that it would fit. Another 20 minute drive later, it sure as heck was the wrong module. When he attempted to return it, they insisted a 20 percent charge as restocking. Then tried to get another check before returning the original. Obviously he wasn’t sent with another check. Finally they refunded 80 dollars. So now I’m out two hours of labor, and 20 bucks! Never again!

I paid them to change the engine of my 2011 Toyota Prius. They changed it and gave me a 3-month warranty. After two weeks, the engine started having problems. I told them that the engine had a problem and that I needed to change it. They charged me $600 to put another engine in for me. I told them to give me the engine and that I would put it somewhere else. They accepted it and said that they would send the engine to me. Three days passed and they didn't send the engine. I called them to find out what happened. They told me that the engine was ready and that I could come and pick it up tomorrow morning. When I went to pick it up, the engine wasn't ready. They treated me badly. They said that I was wasting my time. I came here early.

Poor Customer service, called about a part listed online car-part.com and he said he wont sell it must go complete, they why did you list it separate?? I tried asking another question and he was busy talking to someone else then just hung up. This place sucks dont recommend them to anyone!
