Please stay away from this auto shop! These guys are a bunch of thieves and liars! Went there to get my car's transmission replaced. This guy named jimmy helped me and gave me a quote. I thought it was a good deal so I blindingly took it. It was my fault. Should have done more research on these crooks. Anyway upon agreeing for their service, he told me it would only take two days to complete the installation. Four days later, I have not heard a word from them. So I decided to call and inquire on my car's progress. Spoke to jimmy on the phone and asked him why it was taking them so long? His response was that they put in the wrong transmission and it wasn't compatible with the car. So I asked this guy, do you know what you guys are doing? First of all, you guys said it would only take two days. It's been four days, and if you guys were "pros" then you would have called and update me on the progress!Second, you guys installed the wrong part? This jimmy guy without hesitation lost his cool! Wasn't professional at all and was very rude. Gave no explanations at all. So that was the first issue which had already brought a big red flag. So three days later, they called and said it was done. 7 days later instead of the "2 day" jimmy dude verbally guaranteed to us. Anyway, went to pick up the car and brought it home. Opened up the hood and noticed that these thieves had replaced my valve cover with an older, beat up one!! I called to tell them that my valve cover was not the original one. This jimmy guy, being unprofessional as he was, started to verbally attack me. Gave me no kind of explanations, raised his voice, and cursed! I told him, look dude, you are a professional and this is your business, why are you yelling at me and not try to work with your customer? He kept cursing and gave no explanations. He told me if I didn't like their service than take it back and they will refund me. Now at this point my instinct tells me if I accepted the return, how the heck would I know they wouldn't do something else to my car out of anger. The conversation ended with this ass hole hanging up on me. I admit it was a huge mistake to have not taken a picture of my car before taking it in to the shop. Now it's just my word vs his! I have never taken my time to make any reviews but I wanted to take my time and put this out there so anyone thinking about this place, please think twice and do your research.
