Driver was awesome. Price was very reasonable. Bubba was the driver/operator . Represented company very professionally and was really good at his job.

My vehicle was towed here after an accident. They were so courteous and kind. I was in tears and emotional. They took their time and let me gather my things out of the vehicle. From the staff in the office to the gentleman who assisted me were great. Thanks Graham’s!

The d bags up front will make you wait for no reason for the most foolish of parts while other folks walk in and out with ease for harder to pull items. They sit and watch anime on the tv , laugh about customers over the phone , talk about MMA parlays yet it seems like they’ve never been punched in the mouth before 😂 I even saw them talking to an elderly man like he was clueless. Owner seems rude as well. Grow up.

If I could give no stars I would I called I was put on hold and then when they got back on the phone I said what I was calling for and the guy hung up in my face. I called back and asked again for a battery for my international bus the guy told me he had one for $2000. I repeated myself to make sure he heard me correctly and he said it again with sarcasm in his voice and rushed me off the phone. Update After Response: As you can see from their response. Their customer service is horrific, your admitting to telling someone that’s the price when no vehicle battery costs that much. You were going to charge me $2000 for a used battery? I bought 2 new batteries for $92 apiece. I would stay away from people like this and I pray that this review helps someone. WOW!!!

Place was organized and well set up. Clear walkways to move around safely on. Guy was helpful and knew the prices of everything I asked for. Will visit again in the future.

David (Great name and by the name an obviously great person) made the process of taking care of the Mazda that we needed to dispose of. The verification process was easy and so was the pickup. I whole heartedly recommend their services in the future. If finding parts is as easy as turning our Mazda over was, I will definitely be looking for parts for my truck!!

Horrible place of business got a bad transmission tried to return it and they refused to refund never going there again

Good striaght to the point fair prices good place

This place is terrible. I've always gone to big country, but had to try this place as big country's scale was down. Brought them open eye helix, which I normally get over $1/lb for. This place gave me $0.15/lb. Ripped off, stolen from and treated with complete disrespect while unloading. I will NEVER bring anything here again!

The manager had the audacity to tell me that I was parked in the handicap section Because I didn't my placard because I was in a work vehicle then discriminated me for being 29yrs old and just now I go back and ask for simple help and was replied with We might not have that Then was sent away I went to O'Reilly's And ask for the same thing And was handled professionally and courteously Had my problems fixed within 5 minutes even bought more than I wanted just For my enjoyment For the overall experience Never again will I be going to your storeThanks for wasting my timeAlso your sales associates should not have headphones on having full-blown conversationsBehind the counter before they greet me
