I called about a windshield for an 06 Impala and the guy was very rude and was quick to get off the phone. Considering the fact that I was not aware of a call being placed about the same type of car the guy who answered could have handled the phone call differently

At first he sold my boyfriend and I a radiator and told us if we had any issues bring it back. Well it ended up leaking when we put it in. So we brought it back and he gave us a new one that wasn't fit for our vehicle. We ended up just buying a new one because we live an hour from Wichita and was tired of driving back and forth. We took the wrong part because for a refund and he refused to refund it. And then agreed to do a partial refund. Even though we drove an hour just to come back.. He made me pop my hood just to prove that we bought a new one. Then he was taunting my boyfriend acting like he was gonna swing on him. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend doing business here.

Great experience from the phone call to the in person visit. The guy was knowledgeable and friendly. I installed the fuel pump onto my Nissan Altima and it worked just like he said it would; saved me a TON of money. The pump corrected my OBD2 light on my vehicle. God bless Wichita Auto Salvage.

I have several things to say about this business. First off I think the grumpy old man is just that...a grumpy old man. He probably has reasons to be grumpy. Second you can not go to a SALVAGE yard and expect off the assembly line parts. That is the risk in trying to save some money. I just recently bought some rims for my truck from them and they were very helpful. Now the rims had some scratches but I EXPECTED that. I made the choice to go there and be thrifty. Lastly I honestly just believe that some people now days are just too sensitive. A junk yard is dirty and rough so don't expect Marriott service. All I can say is that they had what I was looking for and I am happy with it.

Great place to go for used parts! They priced the parts reasonably! I often visit the salvage yards first for my vehicles and there is one who tries to charge full new prices for used parts. These guys don't and they are likely to have what you need!

I will definitely go there from now on. Eddie was great we had a problem with something we ordered . So he took it back . We will be getting a new. Thanks Eddie
