The guy here literally wanted 100 dollars for a USED AC vent. The same part costs 60 dollars NEW from the dealership. What a bunch of clowns. Hope this business goes under because they are charging ridiculous prices for used parts. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNKYARD. eBay had way better prices and you don’t even have to deal with removing the parts yourself

Excellent people. They helped me get the front end parts I needed for my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. Not only did they give me a better deal then other local junk yards but they even offered to install it on my truck free of charge! Thanks again Dan.

The 2 behind the counter are very shady. Especially the one at the far left end. After looking at the reviews I seem to be another one who was lied to. I also had a store credit that I went to use only to be told it expired. Stop elsewhere as there are many good businesses and this is not one. People wonder why many shop online or ebay now and small shady businesses like this eventually close.

It was my a very bad experience dealing with mary ,she is very unprofessional person as a business owner I personally won't recommend this place. Please don't make any payments or deposit online or person and ask for the rules. They give me a wrong transmission 3 time and also they refuse to give me my deposits for the core, it was a very bad experience just be careful

Professional, clear communication. Although they are far, they do deliver. Albert sent me picture of the parts I was looking for and delivered the following day. Very reasonable price too.

I made a long trip from Sacramento based on a clear agreement over the phone. They confirmed the product and price. But when I arrived, the manager looked at me like I was crazy and claimed I "misunderstood everything." No apology. No responsibility. Just a stone-cold face and a higher price. This wasn’t a misunderstanding it was a classic bait-and-switch. Complete waste of time, money, and trust. If this is how they do business, I strongly advise others to stay far away.

Bill has worked on my car both of my parents cars, all 3 of my local brothers cars and I recommend him to friends because he is honest and trustworthy and if it doesn’t need to be done he doesn’t fix it if it needs to be fixed he recommends and tries to work things out so you can get the repairs needed!! He & his crew are awesome heck we had an issue on a car him and his crew came to the house and he even comes to pick me up to get my car so great customer service!!

Very Bad Experience With These People's today they quote me different Price On Phone and When I went There They Increase The price they My wasted 2 hours in stupid Arguments

I called to ask if they had a hood available, and the guy that answers the phone was rude he said no. I just wanted to confirm, because on their website it said they had one available and the guy just hung up on me mid conversation. Never coming here, STAY AWAY!!!!

When I arrived at the shop, my part was ready for pickup, and the entire staff was respectful, efficient, and friendly. Bonus: There was even a super cute shop dog who greeted me at the counter! They are very honest, the line was long but they are efficient and the line moved real quick. I was in and out in 10 minutes , and the workers are nice and hard working. I would really recommend this recycling to anyone. The prices are just right and they pay you for what you got.
