Extremely rude and couldn’t answer a simple question, after asking another question, he began yelling and refused to sell parts and forced us to exit the location. Do not recommend whatsoever, just go to pick a part.

Veronica at the store told me that she had the part I was looking for, but she did not want me to come over, because she was concerned my Fiat 500 e - an electric car would have trouble made down there from the high desert and would surely have problem finding a charging station to get back. She checked and referred a couple of stores in San Bernardino for me and told me they have my part and even with a better price, and I only need to drive half of distance.Thanks her advice I happily found the part and fixed the car at Tapatio, SB and met the people as kind as she is.I never met Veronica, perhaps never will, but my junk yard experience was one of the best moments in life.

People seemed to be really nice , but the starter I bought wasn't any good, if I don't get my money back then it didn't really cost too much to find out what kind of people they are

Customer service reps aren't educated in auto parts. This was worse than trying to get a part from AutoZone. Couldn't even get a price quote for a small block chevy.

This place is always helpful finding whatever I'm looking for. If they don't have it, they will find it! I haven't been disappointed yet.
