I wish I could rate this company a zero, I took my brother here to get his car fixed it's the worst I have ever seen. Staff (Michael )is rude and office staff is not professional at all. They gave me a total to fix my car when I looked under the hood it was smoking and almost on fire. Don't ever use this company they is a ripe off. Yet they still wanted payment after I owing it was they fault

This is a great place. They were very sweet and professional. They have over 2,000 cars here and overall a great experience. They have great prices and i could give them more stars ⭐️ I truely will.

There was 2 guys in there that was verry rood and verry mean tord one there coustomers verry poor service thay need to really do something about how there employes talk and treat peopel

I had a wonderful experience. If you need a part, they compare companies to get you the best price for what you are looking for! All the staff are nice, & are 100% honest. There is a lady at the front desk, her name is April. She is so sweet. So if you need anything for your car, give them a call. You won't regret it!

I drove here from Lacombe to pick up parts we needed for a customer’s car. The guys were very nice and brought all the parts out to my truck. We saved the freight money by picking up the parts in person. ($117) It only took me 45 mins to get there and the prices were reasonable. Thanks y’all!

Go in the gate, hang a right, hit the scale, get offloaded, hit the scale again, go out the gate, go through the little door in the wall, and get paid. Very simple. The guys in the yard are great, the women in the office and the young lady at the aluminum drop-off are friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for?!

I brought two items that I know were brass but they were the heaviest items I had that day and they said it was cast aluminum and paid .30 ¢ if they know their job even a lil bit they would have known the items were brass ok rants over js. It was my boyfriend who went to the window his name is Eddie fulgham .this is photos of the two items I brought in and the cast aluminum weight is for those items on the invoice bc I had other brass items as well ..

Liars! Called about a part and got a good price on it from Dianne. Asked for photos and it looked good. Got a call a few hours later and they said it was damaged. I asked for photos of the “damage” and was told they no longer give photos, policy changed. Uhm ok. I then see online they doubled the price of it now. Complete LIARS! Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!!

Great friendly service. Stays pretty busy so you might have to wait in line for a few minutes. They offer everything from your car to your tractor to your lawn mower they also offer heavy duty for example 18wheeler parts ETC. Love the people that work here. Very nice informative very knowledgeable about their products.

I paid for an item via Zelle. The next day I'm told it won't ship unless I pay more money. I ask for a refund and this business ghosted me. No shipment, no refund. IMO this is not a reputable company. C. Bautista is who I dealt with.

Very Very Very Satisfied with Jimmy's, from the time I called until they moved our RV 2 hours with them being an hour away. And the guy that came was awesome very friendly and it didn't take him long at all to load up and dropped off at destination.

I didn't like that I had to go save a car from there..but other than that..they are very friendly..to the point..and I liked doing business with them. If I'm ever in the area and need their services..I would definitely give them a call!!

I have lived many different places throughout the United States and I must say this is the worst service I have ever had. If it was possible to rate them negative stars I would. For starters they can't even pick up trash on scheduled days correctly, basic stuff and if you call about their mess up they will try to belittle you and say it's not our fault all this happened as to why we messed up. I bought a 98 pathfinder to auto tech. Talked to Melissa I think in service. Gave me a price and appt. Right then and there. I had my own parts she didn't mind. This was so refreshing. At no time was I pressured to buy there parts. I am so satisfied with every aspect of my visit
