    This place is a mess. No system at all.just a free for all. Pull up, park, leave your car in the way while you go stand in line and then hope your car is not blocked in by someone else waiting in line.Now once you get to the window it's a whole different experience. If there was an award for most pleasant person in Lafayette, she wins hands down.She will be the reason I return to fight the madness

    Everybody was so nice and polite...you really don't find that often. From the ladies behind the windows that you can't see lol but hear...they are sooooo nice and polite. My dock/loader was very nice and helpful. Wish I would have gotten names. But big ups to this place!!
