Assuming the transition to scrap gets better ill change my review.<br><br>I sent scrap to tops about 2 weeks ago now. I was promised a center console for my truck, on top of the payment I received for my scrap. For my scrap I received a crisp $100 bill, but no console. I was promised it would be pulled and delivered to me (I offered to pick it up as well) but here we are 2 weeks later and the representative who was at first extremely helpful has now not answered my texts/calls regarding me receiving my console.
