Plenty of vehicles to pick and chose from. Apparently they dont let ametures pick parts themselves but I was in and out in a couple minutes. Great price after a little haggling but if you know what you're doing here they'll show respect. I will be returning due to their great business practices.

I was a bit skeptical, but Ohio City came highly recommended, so I gave it a shot. I'm glad I did! It's a salvage yard in the middle of nowhere, so don't expect anything different. Ohio City serves a purpose, and does so well. The staff are professional in that they know what they are doing. Ron, behind the counter, is a perfect fit for who you'd hope to deal with. And, I got way more money for a gutted Honda Civic than I had expected. When you approach, pull your rig up on the scale along the right side of the building. Ron will say "okay" when it's time to pull around the building and be unloaded. Then it's back on the scale to get weighed out. Find a place to park out front, and go in through the man door by the scale to see Ron. I'm writing this detailed review, because it gives all the information I wish I had when visiting Ohio City the first time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I work in an auto repair shop and I use several parts places daily. I generally stick to the same places, especially when it comes to getting a used part. I tried Houck's for the first time last week and they totally exceeded my expectations. The girl who sold me the part brought it 55 min to me the very next morning because the customer needed it done asap. Then when the customer didn't show, they worked with me on the return. When I realized how far it was and that there was no way I could be out of the office long enough to drive it back, they worked with me on returning it via shipping. They were pleasant to talk to, polite, and friendly. They are now on my list of "go -to" parts places. I will definitely use them again anytime that I can!

Had a great experience at advance auto in heath tonight. Walked in expecting to drop $30 replacing a wiper blade I just bought a month ago, but the parts rep offered to replace the clip saving me some cash. Great thanks and I'll keep coming back to advance. Thanks again.

If we could give them more then 5 stars we would!!! We recently purchased a used engine to replace the one in our 2016 chevy cruze. We were nervous, cause you never know when buying something used what your going to get but they really took their time preparing the engine to be sold which made our big engine swap go so much easier! The engine we purchased exceeded our expectations and I'm happy to say our car is back on the road and running better then it ever has! Matt and Tony have exceptional customer service skills and I would recommend bumper to bumper to everyone!!!
