Terrible customer service, liars, slow, overpriced junk not work searching through. If your looking for something specific, guaranteed it's already been picked over. I bought some tires and asked them if they could remove a tire from a rim for me I was having trouble getting off at home. Dropped the wheel off and a few hours later when Christian called and said I could come pick up my purchase, he said that they weren't able to separate the rim from the tire because " my rim is too soft and they didn't want to damage it." Well when I went to go pick up my stuff the wheel was in the exact same spot as I left it. I highly doubt they even tried. I'll be going to st George for my future purchases, no thanks to the liar Christian.

Employees have always been super helpful and friendly. Great selection of vehicles. They provide wheelbarrows to get parts or engine hoists if needed.

This place is bullshit!! I went to pick up my vehicle. I had someone with me. They were going to pay for me. The business won't let you get your vehicle back unless you have cash or are using a card owned by the owner of the vehicle. I don't have enough money to pay. Now we have to go to an ATM so the person with me can get cash. Then we have to go back and call a specific towing agency to come out there, take the cash and give me my car. Since it became after hours the person with me had to pay an additional $75!! Hopefully no one has to go through this company.

I am writing this review for the unknown tow truck driver. He is a young guy. Our tire is quite low in pressure. I called Nation's towing thinking that we would need a tow to the nearest tire shop, which is only 0.8 miles away. The driver showed up and tried to help us to get some air in. Unfortunately it didn't work. Then he suggested us to drive ourselves with him driving behind us just in case. Coming from Northeast coast, we have never seen such an honest and kind tow truck driver. I hope he can see the review. Sorry that we didn't ask your name. But we truly appreciate your help!!

I think they are trying their hardest. Covid seems to be causing issues getting items with all businesses. So not having parts available has become the standard unfortunately. I was disappointed that no staff member had the training or experience to recommend a set of replacement spark plugs for a engine running rich. That seems like a question they should know the answer to.

They are one of the only places to carry a newer Audi that I needed parts from. When a new license plate bracket was $140 and they had it at $5 and looked around in the lot for the car with me it was appreciated. Some people might have bad experiences but they have always been good to me and I will keep coming back for my needs

Just when you think you will have to pay to get rid of your old car or just give it away for a tax deduction, along comes TearAPart to save the day. I got $280 for my old 2000 Mazda when another yard only offered $147. The thing I liked best? The communication and negotiation via email was completed within a day; they must really pump their people up with something strong to get them to respond almost instantaneously. I loved it! - Steve

BEWARE!! They had a booth at good guys car show, I asked the gentleman that was at the booth if I could use the classic instruments gauges I bought for my c10 in an LS application he said yes, come to find out that it wasn't you have to have special sending units that it doesn't come with and according to there policy I can't return the gauges even though they were never installed IM OUT 900 dollars now. and I spent 1000 more for some Dakota Digital one's that are actually compatible Ridiculous!!The shop installing said that still wouldn't make it compatible so are they lying too??

We dropped off an old car we had and they were very professional and super friendly. I highly recommend this establishment.

I came to Redwood Recycling as it was convenient to where I was in the valley…I should have drove the extra few miles to Wasatch Metals. Redwood has NO clear signs and employees just point to general areas for drop off. Their website says that “customers come first” which was not my experience. Lastly, Wasatch Metals pays more for scrap…almost double!

Call ahead to make sure they are open! On a Saturday, I spent 30 minutes driving down here to recycle a lawn mower through the State of Utah's CARROT program, to find that they are closed. They changed their hours and have yet to update their website, Apple Maps, or Google Maps listings. Also, the lady who managed the scales quite some time ago was an absolute jerk, but the new employees are much better.

They came to my home (for free) and hauled off my dead vehicle. They even paid me a little bit more for it than originally quoted. I would use Jed's service again if needed.
