Very rude senoir staff! I went in the office after weighing, and she said I need to be patient and not wave.over employee for weighing, which I did not. She goes.on further, " I can read your lips talking to the guy in the yard giving him a hard time".(100 ft away with MY BACK TURNED) NOT the first rude encounter with this woman. NEVER GOING BACK. ENJOY YOUR LIFE AT THE YARD DEAR

I’ve been there several times, always same experience BAD, THE WORST THAT THERE IS, first time one guy said “we don’t take trash” I mean I get it was the box that came with the new washer but the guy threw the box at, he said “I thought you was gonna leave” i had my back door open, but according to him I was gonna leave. Second experience was today same deal “we don’t take trash” I reply I know don’t worry I know. But suddenly he started to yelling at me saying grab the box (the box for a microwave) and out the trash in the I said no I’m gonna put it on the back of my truck and shut the lid seemed to confused him and he started throwing stuff on the back of my truck even tho I told him I was gonna do it. I get they don’t take trash that’s not my complain is the costumer service two time had a bad experience I really think they need to hire more educated people. You don’t treat people that bring you business like this.

I really love this place. I've been to alot of recycling places and by far this is the most amazing place. The prices are fair, and the people that work here are so amazing. Thank you., Even when I got to the counter and seen how much I had gotten i wasnt happy with it mainly cuz i knew I could break it down farther and make more money and they let me get my stuff back so i could break it down farther , and she could have said no..m
