If I could leave a zero star I would drive a hour to get a part they quote me on get there and they say it was wrong and try to double the price and act like it’s my fault terrible customer service. This place is a joke !

They didn't mention anywhere on their website that they charge $4 per gallon to recycle oil-based paint. That's an extra 10-15% of the cost of the paint, just to dispose of it.Also, they only accept cash payments, so come prepared. Other than that, the cashier and unloader were friendly and helpful.

I’ll admit it’s on my dad just as much as this business that I had to deal with these guys in the first place. From my gathering this is a junk part salvage shop not a repair mechanic. Dad had pretty aggressive engine trouble on the way back to Greenetree and pulled his truck in there one afternoon. The truck sat in the same spot for nearly 4 months, which only worsened an already old truck’s mechanical issues. I don’t think it’s too much to expect a periodic update in that type scenario. No info, and then the guy I spoke with, now on the second occasion was got aggressive with his tone and spoke to me like I was an idiot. My dad needs his truck, among average reasons, mainly due to his health in decline and the fact that he’s totally alone all day long. I hate to sound like a fussy neighbor but the fiasco of getting my dad up there to PAY THEM and have it jumped off, to pudder down the hill to Greenetree so that this service repair process can start all over again should not have been a 4month long hassle. I’ve never really worked with a local Coffee County business and experienced bullshit like this.

Customer service is not up to par. You guys have a full staff of people working with only one person who is forklift certified. Totally ridiculous. I’ve been waiting for at least 45 minutes waiting. Walked into the the building 2x for service and I’m still waiting. If you want to continue getting good reviews, I suggest that you certify all of your employees to do everything for professional development and customer satisfaction.

I've been coming here for the past 4 years, and I must say, that this is the nicest, cleanest, well managed scrap yard I have ever been to..I have got to know a few of the staff here, and these are Amazing people to deal with....They are very fair on their prices, and will help you understand the entire scrapping process if you're not familiar with the business and need help or have any questions......I highly recommend SA Recycling for all your scrapping needs and business.....

Absolutely outstanding service and a wide selection of vehicles. They pull the parts for you also which is a plus. I've dealt with Carter's a few times now and I've always had a great experience. I look forward to doing more business with them. To the guy that left the bad review. You can't show up to a small business at lunch and be mad that no one is there. Besides, usually I have to wait while another customer is getting service, that's part of it. Manage your time better instead of hating on others that are better at it than you.

These guys were awesome I couldn't be mad at them for doing their job with an illegal tow ordered by Jefferson Housing Authorities. They were very friendly and helpful. If I had to be towed by anyone glad it was by them!!! Lol

Very quick and easy process. Best of all, they gave me 40% MORE MONEY than all of the other services I called. I was able to get my car picked up within about an hour from talking to someone on the phone. The tow truck driver, Carlo, was very friendly and fast. 100% would recommend.

I brought a part back to the store after purchasing a part for 120.00 and of course it was a problem with returning item because he said he don't have enough cash but my thing is how are you in business and cannot honor your policy and procedure. You should at least have 100.00 in change in your store.

This is hands down one of the most amazing Auto Zones I've been to! I've had to do a lot of work on my cars and every time I go in they are always friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions I have and help me out! Hell, today a worker took the time to help me put an axle on my car as I couldn't get it off (it had seized up) and after that I couldn't get it lined up quite right. He helped me with all questions and helped me get everything I needed for my repair. All together its an amazing place to go to to get parts and awesome service!

Needed some touch up paint for my car. They mixed me up a small bottle with a brush. The price was more than reasonable, And the people were nice

Great prices on scrap metal. Employees are very efficient and work quickly. Bring any scrap metals you have and get good payouts.
