These guys were awesome I couldn't be mad at them for doing their job with an illegal tow ordered by Jefferson Housing Authorities. They were very friendly and helpful. If I had to be towed by anyone glad it was by them!!! Lol

Driver was nice starting out, but didn’t listen to simple instructions and made things much more of a hassle and headache than they needed to be. Told him where to drop vehicle off, and he didn’t do that the first time and got mad when I told him AGAIN when we got there. Cheap and good for if you’re in a pinch… but that’s about it. Driver was very unprofessional and did not call me to notify me he was on his way.Service: Vehicle wrecking

My car was towed by these crooks and I was incarcerated for 30 days,my fault,but when I got out and went to get my car they wanted over 1200 bucks and counting per day since. The lady was very rude about everything I questioned about getting my car back, refused letting me get my personal belongings without the title to the car. I understand the business and money involved. Was only hoping that they could work with me some how to resolve my issue but they basically told me to get lost, and kiss my car and all my tools and stuff goodbye. Just didn't expect to get kicked in the teeth by some money grubbing crooked wrecker service after losing everything else, I don't know what else to do except pray for em.
